To be honest, it serves the snake right. He could have helped us to the Championship and been worshipped for it. Instead, he's in the Championship and hated. He's on a good wedge but I suspect he will struggle to get on the bench next season and no fellow Championship side will want to take him on. He could very well end up back in league 2. Karma. Would you have him back? Putting club before personal feelings, it would be silly not too.

Ask your self the question who would you rather have Godden or James think it's a no brainer Got to be James BTW Luke James did score for Bristol Rovers last season Not in the league where it counts checkatrade and preseason don't count

With the 82ers meeting the difference between what we can pay him and his Championship contract then it wouldn't be a bad deal for us or them.

I've been giving this a lot of thought. I really can't decide whether I want all 10 signings announced on one day, or one a day for 2 weeks(weekdays of course).

Totally agree with you it's all about opinions. Wasn't accusing you of panicking it's just recent threads indicate that some people are. Fair enough, I was just clarifying that I'm not one of those panicking. I am.

He still scored a goal for Bristol Rovers football club in a league sanctioned football game Penalty shootout goals don't count towards a players individual stats. So James has 0 goals for us and still has his record of 3 goals in 103 games.

He put in plenty of effort did some good things and was unlucky a few times. It didn't work out for him at Rovers...in league one...had he arrived in the conference season it may have been a completely different story.
Just thank the lad for his efforts and wish him well for the future.
