Bodin i s a winger, i will be a bit disappointed if we end up playing him up front.
The lad can obviously score goals, more often than not he cuts in and shoots across the goal which is what makes him so dangerous and an asset to the midfield.

There's not many players make you stand up when he's on the ball & he is defiantly one, class act
well done Billy build the team around him UTG

Don't care about the number on his shirt, the fact he's still with us is enough for me.

Apparently he's off to Oxford, some guy said it on FB to me yesterday, and Oxford are set to announce someone. No chance! You do make up some rubbish

Billy is without doubt our most skilful player, as someone else has written, when he's on the ball and jinking across the oppo penalty area you're on your feet with expectation as to what's coming next.
Just as important is the personality and attitude of the man. He's not a moments bother to DC or his staff, and is obviously well liked and respected by the other players. A diamond of a player who I would like to see sign an improved long term contract.
Compare and contrast him with Tomlin over at the Sh1t. There is no doubt he is a supremely talented player who, on his day, can score mercurial goals and win a game single handedley. Unfortunately he also seems to be a c0ck of the highest order. Moody, selfish dummy-spitter who seems to fall out with everyone and even had a massive argument with the stunted one which left the rest of the City players open-mouthed in disbelief.
They've moved him on to Cardiff. I can't see Warnock putting up with his childish behaviour. If he's got something to say to a player he gives it with both barrels and I reckon Fatty Tomlin won't be able to take that and will quickly find himself outcast to the stiffs. No fee has been mentioned but the Sh1!heads on One Turd reckon up to £2.9 million. In their dreams I reckon. They are also celebrating saving his wages, but when a player is sold without having requested a move, don't the selling club have to pay up the contract?
Personally I would have preferred it if he had stayed, and continued to cause grief with his spoilt brat ways. But never mind, hopefully Likkle Lee will lead them to more mediocrity over the coming season.

I can't see Billy leaving us for a team in the same league. He seems to be settled in the area - having played for teams which are within a reasonable distance of Swindon. So I can't imagine him leaving us for the big hitters in the league in the darkest north!

Playing devil's advocate here regarding Tomlin, like you say he has undoubted talent but maybe Lee Johnson doesn't know how to get the best of him?

If there is any manager that can get the best out of Tomlin, it is Colin w**ker. He did something similar with Adel Taarabt.

God forbid Billy gets injured, who would provide the goals and quality then?

Playing devil's advocate here regarding Tomlin, like you say he has undoubted talent but maybe Lee Johnson doesn't know how to get the best of him? LJ has some honourable company in the "Can't get the best out of Tomlin" stakes. The managers at Leicester, Middlesborough and most recently Eddie Howe at Bournemouth. A leopard can't change its spots. Tomlin is clearly a loose cannon. He is a petulant, spoilt child. He doesn't look after himself and is usually overweight. That is all down to self discipline. City fans have written on One Turd about how lazy he was, and after about 15 mins of a game would be bent double and blowing out his arse. He will no doubt go to Cardiff and play out of his skin for a while. But when anything goes against him or is not to his liking he will begin his antics. Can you imagine for one moment that Colim W will stand for that? It won't be pretty, but I bet it will be entertaining! No, I would much prefer it if he had stayed at the Sh1t, but there you go. I don't reckon he will last longer than a season at Cardiff either. This is probably his last chance as a Championship player. After Cardiff I predict he will drop down the leagues and in a few years time will be a bloated tub of lard, standing around in the middle of Conference games. A total arsehole and a prodigious waste of talent.
