If anyone has any doubt about the academy, whether it will happen, or how committed the club are to moving us in the right direction, then just watch the YT interview of the new academy guy.
He's so enthusiastic, and has obviously been very impressed by the way things are going at the club.
How can anyone now have any doubts about any of the things the club have promised us.

I thought the same. It shows how important we now think it is, to be set up right at every level. Great interview.

The youth players are in good hands. Let's hope we see some of them break into the first team.

Agree with all that's been said. And with the academy, training ground, support staff for DC, 5-year contract and recruitment this summer so far embodies all that the new owners said at the start. Evolution not revolution, building on good foundations and growing incrementally. No splashing of cash just to massage egos of rich men. I hope the owners and us fans can keep our nerves over the next two or three years because I reckon we're in good hands. I know others will disagree and fair enough because this is a forum with lots of opinions. But imo it's refreshing to see owners really putting into action what they said they would do. UTG!
