Following yesterday's diabolical and inept performance by our so called football team, I have decided not to go to any more away games for the foreseeable future. I don't see why I should waste hard earned money by watching this load of rubbish. Hopefully, there are others who be following my example.

There goes my lift! In all seriousness I haven't been away since Altrincham and almost certainly won't be doing Eastleigh now. Cannot justify the expense when I'm going away for 5 weeks in October.

Fully understand your decision, but please don't ask others to stop supporting, that is their decision to make. To ask people to follow your example is a strange request imo

I'd rather go away than home.

I'd rather go away than home. Not going to Lincoln but have got my Eastliegh tickets already. Have to question if it's worth it if the directors clearly don't think it is. (Bar 1 or 2 exceptions )

Our away form has been shocking for years. Weve needed to win most of our home games these last few years just to stay mid table, which more often than not we haven't done hence the relegations. I go to every home match and four or five away games a season and I'll probably do the same this season but the way we set out at away games is awful and defensive and shaky, we play with no belief and basically just sit back and hope to snatch a lucky point, almost regardless of who we're playing. The Forest green game was different, is that because we were on TV ? And if that's the case then the players need a long hard look at themselves and decide if they want to play for us or not. Clarke just like Ward seems unable to rally his troops for these tricky away games against the little sides and it's got to the point where I look to see if we're favourites and if we are then I know we'll play sh** and lose.

Wrexham tomorrow and they've won all their away games. We'll probably raise our game and win. That's Rovers through and through. I'm sick of supporting a football club that can't handle being favourites for a bloody football match. And the problem is the further we fall down the leagues the more we become favourites because we're considered a big club so the more we fail.

Dartford, Alfreton Town & FGR are the teams they've beaten away. And Alfreton Town did score 2 against them. Dartford and Alfreton Town are both below us, and we should be expected to beat them away. We could well have won at FGR. I don't see any reason really that we're looking at Wrexham's away form from playing those three teams. We can beat them tomorrow. I'm not staying up till 2am next Sunday & I was on the phone to a mate today. He's not staying up either, and he's been listening for years.

Having another look at the Wrexham results for this season. Although they've won away 3 times. They've lost at home twice. they've let a few goals in. Come on you blues, turn it around tomorrow.

No we'll win because they're considered a decent team for this division and we're at home. I'm not a betting man but the more I think about it the more I feel I can predict which games we're going to win lose or draw and I might start betting on us.

Against the smallest clubs away - lose Against the bigger clubs away - draw - maybe lose Against the smaller clubs at home - lose or maybe draw Against the bigger clubs at home - win or maybe draw.
That's what I'm going with I reckon I'll make some money which will at least give me some enjoyment supporting the shambles that we are.

I was just venting my anger but stand what i said about going away. There are those who go to all away games, despite the poor performances we are seeing away at the moment, bar Forest Green. We should not be be going to clubs like Altrincham and Braintree and lose. Maybe the players of these clubs played above thier normal games, but we should be as strong as them, even stronger because our players are full time professionals, whereby players from most of the the teams we will be playing are part timers. If the team plays like they did on Saturday, i beleive the we could the on the end of a 4/5 nil hammering at Lincoln. Tommorrows game with Wrexham could be very interesting. Suddenly, we are now looking at games "We Must Win". This is not the atitude we should be adopting. The players have to go onto that pitch full of confidence! Lets hope we see something different tomorrow as losing is not an option.
