2 massive wins for the Irish teams right at the death this evening. Fair play to them. I like to see as many home nations in the finals as possible. (Yes, I include Rep. Ireland in that).

I was only a kid at the time but England vs Scotland in Euro 96 was probably the best England game I have seen.

Gives the other home nations a great chance of qualifying and also good for us I think to have that rivalry in a big tournament.

There is a lot more emphasis on man management in international football as you can only make do with what you have and even though he is not the best manager in the world, his man management skills are brilliant.
