Well reassuring......not! No answers and no idea. The fans put their faith in wael and he is letting us down badly. Come up with a plan or GET OUT!

Plans don't happen overnight, he's paying the very best experts to come up with a plan for the stadium. He's already identified the next step for the club, but that's still not enough for some people.

I thought it was a good interview, and I feel more reassured.
"I assure you that we will try to deliver. And we will deliver."

A terrible interview with no answers no news no nothing. Again if Nick Highs said that there would be hell to pay. It's quite obvious the Memorial is not plan B as they currently have no plan B.

If the negotiations were as difficult as it is being made to sound right now, then it is a matter of negligence that a plan b isn't ready to be wheeled out now as a matter of urgency.

He has a better idea than most, we have more chance of a success with WAQ than now and has not let us down. Give him for than 7 days to formulate the next plan to move us forward. Or go and earn yourself a couple of hundred million and have a go yourself, which I doubt you will ever achieve.

Give them a chance!
The UWE deal only went down the pan the other day. You can't just magic plans out of nowhere.
He already said they will have to regroup and develop a plan for the new project. This will take several weeks, they will need to commission a professional team (architects, engineers, lawyers, commercial advisors etc.).
I think they deserve a little breathing space to be fair.
UTG!

Its only the impatient ones that are making it a necessity to be urgent. In what way has WAQ been negligent? Negligence would have been signing a deal that wouldn't have given us a stable income stream and being tenants again on someone elses land... Even drawing plans to the correct spec with architects understanding the whole scape of the land will take 3 months. 3 months ago we were still hoping to build at the UWE under favourable terms.

I know people are frustrated but we need Wael and in my eyes he's generally done a top job since he's been here.... In adversity we all need to stick together and wishing he was gone is just out of order in my eyes as realistically I can't see anyone else coming in and doing as much as he had so far and integrating into the ethos of the club like he has....
It's not like he hasn't spent any money or delivered the majority of things he said he would so far!
Would people rather have Cardiffs owner or the Oustons? I say cut him some slack at the moment, see what the next 6 months hold and then if things aren't progressing then is the time to moan ! Too many people are too short sighted in my eyes and seem to think we should be throwing money around like a premier team or that we have a God given right to demand instant gratification...
My view is that with a bit of patience we will end up in a much better place.....

Im happy for him to play his cards close to his chest.
Less time for the nimbys to form a protest group and slow things down.
Also why tell people if the plan isnt complete?
Id rather hear about it when it has been drawn up and finalised, pointless otherwise

The UWE was going to take 2 years to be ready and Darrell wanted the best possible playing surface at the Mem. 100k is peanuts to achieve what the Manager wants. Now it looks like a very good investment.

That's a bit harsh. I've been watching Rovers since 1976 and the majority of that time the club has been rotten to the core. No wonder we're tagged as rag bag rovers. Our stadium makes us the laughing stock of the EFL. Christ there are better facilities at some non league grounds than at the mem. There is no way in my eyes someone can come in and be expected to get rid of 41 years of rot in just 18 months. Give the guy a break and let's wait and see what's plans are unveiled in the coming months.
