Spoke to a Wolves fan this morning who is worried they will not put out a strong side. They struggled to beat Yeovil after making 9 changes in theĀ 1st round. few different opinions then, I just read their forum, I thought a few of them were a bit patronising reminded me of the 82ers

Must be the only one who's gutted with this! They've had a good start, will be a really tough tie. It's really not every year you get the chance to be drawn against a top 6 prem side in a cup, really annoyed we've missed out! We had a better chance of getting a decent draw as well compared to the FA cup 3rd round where there's loads more teams We got the chance last year? We did, but like I said it's not every year!

These are the league games we want to be playing in the near future, Wolves, Fulham etc so good experiences for the squad. Nice little taster of where they could be going on a regular basis. Last time I was there we had "no chance" they were top of our league. Dennis Bailey and Co had other ideas. 1.0 the Gas with a great following on an Easter Momday in the 80's

They have every right to be confident given that they are home and we are the lowest ranked team left in the tournament. Looking at it from our point of view there are far more difficult games we could have got than Wolves away and its not that far away either. If they play their second XI there is always a chance and even if they mix it you stand a chance. If they play their first team then you have to hope they have a bloody bad night and we have a good one.

I think it was Andy Tilson's debut or second game for us and we got thumped 5-1

I was only kid but remember it well. Sorry for the doom and gloom, it's funny what's sticks in your mind!

Arent wolves owned by a chinese company?
So draw in china, not on tv and the chinese owned are drawn at home against the lowest ranked club.
Just coincidence.

A lot saying if they mess about with their first team we stand a chance, don't anybody on here think we could beat their first team then because I think if we are on our game we could?

27th Dec 76. I was there too. We arrived just before kickoff and I think we were 3-0 down before we eventually got in as the queues were so long

That just about makes you a yam yam! Born and bred in Totterdown.Still got me accent despite being up here for yonks.Strange, south of Stafford they do speak 'Yam Yam' but north of the county town the semi Scouse Potteries lingo comes into play.9 miles away in Newport ,Shropshire, the accents change yet again to broad Salopian. Enjoy your birthday next month.UTG.
