I don't think anyone can question Waels passion and heart for the club. Its just whether the other family members share the same enthusiasm.

Certain club officials should stop saying nonsense like "we have a top 6 budget" then, which unnecessarily raises fan expectations and ultimately leads to disappointment when it doesn't happen.

I interpreted it as Hamer meaning that we've got a good budget to challenge for top six not we've got a top six budget. Let's be honest did anyone expect us to challenges the likes of Blackburn, Bradford, Charlton, Wigan or even Portsmouth and MK Dons for wages?

Unfortunately quite a few supporters have lost heart and confidence in the owners due to the UWE debacle.

I believe it when SH clearly stated DC felt he had been given a top 6 budget, if he'd said instead DC felt it had been given a budget to challenge the top 6 that would have been different, although I do wonder if DC's now even got a top 10 budget if finishing inside the top 10 is this seasons target.

I think it was a ploy to sell more season tickets. After all, saying we have a mid-lower table budget and are looking to avoid relegation doesn't exactly get the juices flowing does it?

Why wouldn't it be? We finished 10th last season. DC is a man of his word and if the clubs target this season was to finish below last season's position and DC wasn't given the budget to realistically achieve better than last season, I am sure he would of walked.

Ff you're really ITK then tells more as to whose fault it was? The UWE's or the ALQ's? It was a deal between UWE and Higgs that Wael didn't like the look of. I don't know why you've got to blame someone but if you have I suggest blaming the UWE , Higgs and Wael.

Unless we know what NH agreed and why the UWE and the ALQ's couldn't agree a deal then nobody can really lay blame at any parties door. As far as looking in the long run, for Rovers to progress somebody as to come up with £30m+ to redevelop the Mem, that's going to take more than an evolution!

DC said last week the target was to finish higher than last season, so 8th or 9th, how is that outside the top 10? Then with a bit of luck sneak into the top 6.

It's hard to trust anyone who isn't close to you, especially someone who isn't local, doesn't support the club and so far hasn't risked much money apart from that used against the ground.
