I'm not 100% sure, but with no senior goalkeepers available we should be able to get a goalkeeper on an emergency loan.
Even if we can, should we stick with Andre for the next 3 games until Slocombe is back?

Oldham game maybe if its too soon to get someone in and familiar with the team ...other two no....Two big tough away games.

Can you get EL for "discipline" issues rather than injury?

Pretty sure Slocombe will only get a one match ban as although it was a straight red, it would come under the Denial Of a Goal Scoring Opportunity rule which equates to a one game ban. Three game bans are for serious foul play, which that wasn't.

Thankfully the PA don't write the referees report, which is what matters. PA text is often hilariously wrong. No way will that be anything other than 1 match. not sure if Milds is registered to play, and if not whether he could be in time for Tuesday. Where is Macca when you need him! or Bob Bloomer.

It was an awful penalty, hit straight at him, but a save's a save! There's something in the back of my mind about Boris going in goal but I can't remember.

One match game would negate the need for an emergency loan. Stick the young lad in.
I'd forgotten about the rule changes for denial of goal scoring chance reds.

Slocombe did hack the striker down so it could be seen as dangerous play, plus with Leads back as the covering defender I'm not sure if it warranted a red for a pro foul.

I love it Boris was the Ashton Gate robbery, and funnily enough I wrote a short article about it for today's programme - how prescient! www.brfpa.org.uk/2017/09/09/introducing-the-former-players-2/
