Feel a bit ashamed to say but this season i have just felt so flat about the club. After the whole UWE thing and lack of having a real pop at league 1 and the slow start has just left me feeing a bit meh !! Maybe its just one of those things after a few interesting seasons but just wondered if anyone else admits to feeling the same ? Maybe its the lack of alcohol in my life.

I'm not too bad but do get it. I think with the stadium and lack of signings. We shoot ourselves in the foot by making promises which fail to be delivered.

Nope. Love every minute. If my clerk checks my desk pad on a Friday afternoon there's always a starting XI sketched out on it.

Always look forward to watching the team, but i do feel a bit deflated about the club and UWE and can't help feeling something has changed regarding our owners but it is just a feeling. Will be glued to the forum tomorrow here in Spain and my support will never be in question.UTG

At least tomorrow's game looks a fairly attractive one, as do the next couple of home games, not sure what it'll feel like when we come to play the likes of Bury & Rochdale when winters set in. I can't see DC's helping matters by saying we can't compete with the likes of Wigan etc,

I find it hard to get out of bed in the morning / afternoon. Especially since some lady garden had the fkin audacity to dislike one of my posts.

Going to be a tough season. Shame Waq is unable to deliver a new stadium, l guess he is planning his exit. No worries, the support remains solid, as shown by the turnout at Molineux. I will only become concerned if DC decides he has had enough and is offski.utg

And I think some of the players do too by the looks of it. One or two top signings and something other than tarting up our shithole and it would have been different. Flat is a very good word to describe the club right now.

I get what the op is saying. Ive made up my own mind about the owners and i simply dont believe they will deliver a] stadium b]top training ground c] cat 2 academy d] top 6 budget. Ive washed my hands of the owners full stop but no disrespect to all the others who havnt. I love the manager and the team hes built despite the fact they are now at their level and cant progress. From now on im going to be enthusiastically supporting the teams attempts to over achieve at this level without the burden of expecting anything from the owners. In other words nothing has changed from how its always been. I reckon if rotherham,mk dons, blackburn or charlton offered dc the managers job and paid the compensation he would go,not to mention almost any championship team.

Liked all the games at home this season even if they weren't all wins. Going forwards we are good , defending RANK !
Surely, the players themselves and DC will sort this out !? Soon !

Think we just have to get behind DC and the boys on the field and forget the other stuff as there's f-all we can do about it.

I'm looking forward to tomorrow actually.
I can see where the OP is coming from though, the stadium debacle and the way it was handled and Hamer's "top 6 budget" comments, however you want to take them, didn't help matters.
The signings subsequently dont appear to be top 6 material and the failure to sign the left sided player and defensive midfielder was a bit disappointing.
Our defensive record is a shambles and our league position isn't great, but despite all that I always looked forward to watching the team.
Hopefully we can turn the defensive record around and start climbing the table, starting tomorrow...
