Never a free kick that led to the corner that led to the goal. Decision given on the crowd appeal so should still be 0-0.
Rovers playing well and easily edged the first half, making it even more frustrating.
Still think we'll get something from this though if we continue where we left off.

Story of the season. Playing well but losing. Not exactly - Bradford, Wigan, Posh, oldham ...... don't think we deserved to win any of those. should of been 3-0 at half time against Oldham, They were swag

UTG I thought Parts kicked the player off the ball TBH, although a bit unlucky with the goal as our defence headed the ball back to play the goalscorer onside! Nichols never ever looks like scoring, surely Telford for the next 45 mins can't be any less effective upfront, as I can't see a goal coming from the present front three.

The general consensus of what size of clubs are based on is trophies won and general history. Hence why Real Madrid are generally considered the biggest club in the world. The 2 biggest clubs in England are United and Liverpool. Why? The biggest clubs in Scotland are Celtic and Rangers. Why? AC Milan, Bayern Munich, Ajax etc are considered the biggest clubs in their countries. Why? The fact that Portsmouth have won more major honours, even in the last 10 years than Southampton and have a far bigger record attendance means they are a bigger club historically. Also when Pompey were last in the 2nd tier they averaged more than Southampton despite Southampton being in a shiny new stadium. As I've already mentioned the current league a club is in has no baring on size of club. Bournemouth are a league above Leeds, Wigan were 2 leagues above Leeds not so long ago, are they bigger clubs? No. Are Burton a bigger club than Blackburn? No. Are Fleetwood a bigger club than Luton? No. Anyway let's agree to disagree. Yes, but in all the cases you have mentioned above, those clubs remain either the best or amongst the four or five best teams in the country! You are not comparing like with like as Pompey have sunk like a stone. Are Huddersfield bigger than Spurs? Villa bigger than Chelsea and Man City? Could go on with countless more examples. The size of a club is clearly dependent on a large number of factors and open to interpretation. Like you say, let's agree to disagree. Pompey have sunk like a stone because of financial reasons. A bit like Rangers, so when Rangers were in the bottom tier of Scottish football were they a smaller club than Inverness Cally? Of course they weren't. Are Huddersfield a bigger club than Spurs? No, because Spurs have won major trophies in the last 50 years, Huddersfield haven't. Are Villa bigger than Chelsea and Man City? Historically probably yes. Portsmouth even in the last 10 years have won more than Southampton, thats my reasoning. The main factors which the majority of supporters of every club base club size on is trophies won, average attendance, record attendance and historical league positions. Major honours is the main one. Portsmouth have won more than Southampton.

Need to score goals when the team is on top. 62% possession away from home should bring a goal really. Well Harrison tends to score most of his goals towards the ends of each half. So maybe an EH goal in the 75+ minute stage. BB often gets goals early in the game but also a fair few second half especially 70+ minutes.
So theres hope for a few second half goals yet .

Why haven't we made a sub yet? Seriously DC wake up, we've been dreadful this half.
Despite having a good 1st half, Nicholls has gone missing
