Use common sense not red tape Agree and 99.9% probably do. It’s the 0.1% who don’t and get the club into trouble. As knowall and Tilly have said, if the powers that be decided to punish us then it’s not trivial. If they cut the capacity in the affected areas or demanded more police presence then it would cost the club £0000s. We need to be on our guard to behave! Good luck there stewards! UTG!

Give the guy a break, He is only the messenger. Imagine we have to be seen to be making an effort to pass on the FAs concerns. [br Left leg or right leg?

Be a good fellow, keep off of the yellow as for the 'celebrating' no one is saying you can't but some people push and shove their mates around for fun with no respect of those around them, so Don't be a Dick While I don't agree and nither do I push or jump on others at a match this behaviour will not go away in the heat of celebrations or passionate moments of a Rovers match. I don't go into the blackthrone end now a days unless its a crowd of 5000 or less because of this. Most gasheads have there regular spot that they like to view a game from and would know that if you go into the middle part of the north terrace that they happens each game. Smoke bombs/flairs are another thing and must be stopped as it's moronic behaviour. And as a non smoker, so must the use of these f**king e-cigarettes at games. It takes the water when a twat is near you blowing there smoke up in the air and one day I'm gunna lose it a slap it out of there mouth. If you have an addiction to puff on a little toy every 30secs that's not mine or any other non smokers fault. I don't have any recent experience, but in the past it was more than in the heat of the moment celebrating. It was deliberately pushing and shoving your mates around them. It wasn't celebrating, just dickish behaviour and I have even seen lads crack their head(s) open doing it

"In essence, it was felt that gangways were not kept clear and when stewards requested for fans to move they often met resistance."
So why did we have to wait for the "inspecting authority" to tell us that?

I'm confused how if you trip in a crowded gangway you could fall into the pitch side fence but apparently an empty gangway will prevent this. I'd take the bloke seriously if he talked any sense. Taking the fun out of football I would suggest is the way that attendances will fall. Perhaps we could ask those inconsiderate players to stop scoring thus stopping all that dangerous celebrating. The barriers are there to prevent crushes. When did the barriers appear in the gangways? Christ between you and the chairman your making this very confusing

Is it really that difficult not to stand in a gangway and not to let off flares? It's not asking much is it. Absolutely Hugo I never let off a flare when stood in the gangway. And certainly won't this Saturday. That makes me a good boy, right?

Perhaps it was because the stadium manager was to busy being a compere to note breaches of the safety licence.?

That's why you're asked not to stand in them, because there's no protection against a crush if it's crowded and someone at the top slips. It's not that confusing for those of us not trying to be deliberately truculent about obeying a simple rule.

Here we go again, the Chairman is passing on important information that could affect the club in a monetary way; on all social media including this madium he is pilliored. If you want to behave in a manner that is outside of the rules/laws regarding football stadia crack on, if you are then ejected from the ground/reported to the authorities dont fecking moan. In my opinion he has put it out there in an understandle format, if you want the club to suffer from the actions of a minority that is your right. My cousins husband who is a lifelong Gashead and in is 70's and also infirm, was pushed to the floor on the east terrace recently by over zealous goal celebrations which could have seriously affected his health - yeah fecking big laugh isn't it

Just be mindful of who's around you on how you act and the language you use.

In this case he is only passing on a message from the FA or health and safety and people complain and try to act like he has watered on their kids. SH is not the man pulling the strings, he may be involved in some decision making eg the new CD appointment, but he is not responsible for the stadium, the training ground, squad investment and everything else the guy seems to get some flack for. Its boring now.

2 ways to sort this problem out :- Get a snatch squad to grab the offenders and then ban them for life.... or Just point out to the steward that the person made a racist remark and they will be banned for life instantly

Perfectly clear statement and still the usual moaners attack the Chairman.
