I’d go with Hammer shovel fork spade Nails post panel level Cement sand In a 4-4-2 formation. Dig deep early on and look to keep them out and hope we don’t get blown over first half. What! No chippings, just cement and sand would be week, especially if there is a cross.......wind that is, to stiffen things up I would also add a bit of lime, bitter I know but needed to help stop things leaking.

Wake up and smell the coffee cos the AQ's haven't got a pot to water in or The AQ's have extended planning permission for UWE. Two very contrasting rumours put out there by gasincider. No wonder people are confused. Interestingly it seems it was a joint planning application by BRFC and the UWE, so I assume either party can ask for it to be extended. Although if the ALQ's are looking for the exit door then keeping pp live at the UWE for any potential new owners might be a good idea. Although I understood getting pp extended beyond the 5 years wasn't a straight forward process. Who said the AQs had extended the planning? It was a UWE student who said it to me. But I didn't know you could extend it beyond 5 years. I thought you had to go through the whole process again. I looked it up and cant find anything anywhere. Topper, I think, if it's possible, that like you it might enhance any potential sell on value.

I doubt most UWE even know what day of the week it is without their parents reminding them let alone the pp status for the stadium. I hope for your sake your source of club info isn't as weak.

But UWE does have one of the biggest schools in the UK for degrees in Town & Country Planning and the Built Environment school is one of the top rated. There are then a fair few people around there that know a lot about and have a keen interest in the subject!

As Womble said previously, if you wanted to extend a planning permission, you would have to apply for this. Thus it would be on the planning portal along with the other application. This is applicable as much for a stadium as it is for an extension.
Case example for you - Memorial Stadium regeneration of yesteryear:
08/00061/F - Application for regeneration of MEM 11/04047/R - Application for extension of time for application above.
Nothing exists for UWE. More bluster and rumour...

Not that new .... just don't post very much. No uniforms when I left in 1996. May be different now though? I was just making the point that contrary to the suggestion, there are quite a few people at UWE that know a lot more about the subject than the majority of the posters here. I sincerely apologise if I have offended anyone.

I sincerely apologise if I have offended anyone. Well, you have now. The idea that someone who has taken an interest in a relatively narrow field, been educated in that field, taken time out to study it in detail, and maybe work in that field while learning loads more stuff, might know more about that field than a random football fan on a football forum is generally considered ludicrous round here.
