We're going to lose to Blackburn, then we have 2 home games v Rotherham and Southend - we need to win one of those to stabilise the situation. If we get no wins in those 3 games we might be in a relegation position - DC's job will probably be on the line. It doesn't get much easier after the Blackburn game. Rotherham have players to hurt us like 13-goal 6'5" Kieffer Moore, Joe Newell, Ryan Williams and Richie Towell - they even had the likes of David Ball and Lee Frecklington on the bench in their last game. Southend have the likes of Michael Kightly, Josh Wright, Simon Cox, Stephen McLaughlin and Marc Antoine-Fortune. With the way we have been defending they could all cause us problems. they are in poor form too though (Rotterdam)

That’s nothing, we’ve got super Byron Moore! ...and a full Welsh cap international standard defender!

That’s nothing, we’ve got super Byron Moore! ...and a full Welsh cap international standard defender! The best welsh players are obviously attacking players. Joking a side I think Tom Lockyer is good enough for league 1 he could do without the captaincy though. Wouldn’t be so difficult for him if there were other leaders in the squad but there isn’t.

At least we got another year in the EFL if we go down as long as we don't go to the wall!😜

I’m still 100% behind Wael the manager and the players. There’s a massive difference between not giving a sh** and lacking in confidence and what I saw on Saturday was a team and manager who did care but a team that was lacking in confidence and leadership on the pitch, DC can only do so much before games at half time and after the match we need a leader like him on the pitch or preferably more than one. As for Wael I firmly believe that he’s got the Rovers Bug and he really cares but I also think that the rest of his family haven’t bought in to it. They’re used to watching Chelsea at Stamford Bridge or the World Cup from executive boxes and at the end of the day it’s family money and I get the feeling Wael thought that his family would support him more in his Rovers journey than they’ve turned out to, so far. We shall see, but what I will say is that all the sh** stiring on this forum by people who heard this or that but haven’t got any proof isn’t helping matters. Clubs are dependent on their supporters.

If there’s one thing that I’ve learned in all these years supporting our club it’s that when we get knocked down we get up and come out fighting. It does feel like this is less the case these days but I think that the way football has gone in general over time not just our club. DC , and the way he is and talks and manages is a good fit for our club and his success proves that and I trust him to turn this blip in form around more than I would a roll of the dice which is what we’d effectively have if he leaves. UTG Rovers til I die.

UTG Rovers til I die. Couldn't agree more. Also, we have to keep our heads. The poisonous garbage on here is spread by a few posters, some with an agenda, some just because they are trolls. Because these people keep shouting their opinions from the rooftops it's easy to believe that their übernegativity is more prevalent than it actually is. It's worth remembering that when there was a poll recently 96% of fans wanted DC to stay. That is a clearer indication of where we are as a fanbase. We have to be supportive towards the club and have patience as far as the off the field situation goes. When times get tough, true Gasheads stand up. That's why we had 8,700 to the last home game and are taking close on 1000 up to Blackburn even though our form is so poor. UTG!

Who doesn’t love a good poll. Anyone brave enough to start one? Obviously I would but I’m running late for work (cough), but how about:
A - Are you a well balanced individual who realises that football is just a game and although you get disappointed when we lose you do not have to strangle small animals or resort to powerful medication to get through the week?
or
B - Are you fully committed to the blue and white cause to the detriment of personal relationships, common sense and have to go to the toilet so often to check Gaschat on your phone that your colleagues think you have bladder control issues.
Having read that back I think I must be a B.
