Just something that baffles me is how the club go on about how important they need to strive to maximise the clubs revenue yet every year the club shop sell out of a lot of items very quickly and takes a ridiculous time to restock??? Christmas is in touching distance and lots of merchandise isn’t there to sell?? All highly priced in my opinion and they would sell a lot more if the prices were a reduced a touch especially as we’re in a poor period?

They're all priced too high yet we sell out quickly?
Seems to me like we need to keep the prices as they are

It also depends on the cost price (and therefore the profit we make!) because as we are a small club we may not get that good a deal from our main suppliers.

You only got to go south of the river tin pot sports dept to see how to stock a club shop. Makes our market stall of a shop look very amateur

For the manUre game £5k; apparently half of that is to sponsor a manUre player - what the F*CK No wonder our mate from ITV Matthias Worst is down there

Hopefully Gorringe can sort it out. We're pretty limited by the size of the shop too.

Having recently visited the stores at the grounds of Wigan, Wolverhampton and particularly Blackburn I realised how poor the range and quality of products are at the MEM, although prices are definitely comparable. Not sure who is nowadays n charge of the Boycie franchise legacy, whoever it is IMO they need to take a close look at whats being sold elswehere.

When we went to Blackburn on Sat it was so damn cold that me and Scrappy Doo purchased some gloves from their club shop. At the tills we were asked if we had a season ticket. Twerp didn't suss that we were BRFC until I showed him my scarf and shirt and gave him a pirate roar. Anyway, my point is that they offer decent discounts on merchandise to season ticket holders. What are the chances of our club doing the same in the future?

Wonder what our owners think when they go to grounds like Wigan,Blackburn,Even Walsall and Oldham shortly.Does it inspire their vision to bring us into the modern world or will we remain in the 1950's forever??

What are the chances of our club doing the same in the future? Isn't there a voucher in our s/t to get 10% off replica home & away shirts? TG's seems to have gone a bit quiet since the pie tasty, as he now worked out how hard it is to make any worthwhile changes or just working on his master plan.

And that voucher can only be used once, can't it? At Blackburn you could buy something at every home game and get a discount every time.
As for the pies, people with full bellies feel more satisfied and tend not to complain as much. Maybe he feels his work is done.

Helps when you get a few years in the Prem with all the millions that attracts, like Wigan, like Blackburn. We'll never be like that. Pity really.
