Devastated that we have started winning as it doesn't justify his constant negative posts?

Devastated that we have started winning as it doesn't justify his constant negative posts? That is harsh and unnecessary

Moderator Hugo the Elder has been taken in for questioning by the Forum Police in connection with the disappearance of a well-regarded poster.
Notorious in the eyes of many, "the Elder" has held a position of absolute power since he toppled the last Forum owner.
A Forum Police source, who stressed that he did not want under any circumstances to be named, said "We can't be sure that 'the Elder' has anything to do with this latest disappearance, but what we can say for sure, is that in his time as Moderator, a surprisingly large number of posters have vanished without trace".

Having just read the positivity thread it all seems a bit of an over reaction if you ask me, but what would I know.

That is harsh and unnecessary Why is it? Sorry I should have prefaced my post with imo. I just don't think he was devastated that we started winning.

Sorry I should have prefaced my post with imo. I just don't think he was devastated that we started winning. Fair one, my statement, as with most was tongue in cheek. But that doesn't detract from the fact that 99% of his posts were very negative. Clearly no gasheads want the team to lose but not so sure that all are prepared to fully back the players and manager we have. IMO

IMO This season has seen the previously happy clappy Simon sink into a cynical poster, like all of us he is entitled to his opinion. I hope his friends can persuade him to return in the near future. We are planning to be at the quiz on Monday with Greggs & Blueside.

Guess football effects people in different ways.

My view is simple...... Our club is at an all time low due to a catalogue of disasters both on and off the pitch. With this comes some collaterall damage and many of us just want to get away from the crap sometimes. Our tolerance levels are low and we are wound up by even simple things sometimes. I'm not afraid to say that i put myself in with that group. We all occassionally come on here to spout off of that there's no doubt! On any forum the characters are wide ranging and everyone has a different level of debate, humour, sarcasm and wit, with that comes different thresholds of tolerance, frustration and even anger. This of course is also largely dependent on how any individual is feeling that day. Also, i think we all need to be mindful of the written word, it displays no feeling or context and all to easily can be read wrongly. Sometimes i think we need to draw a line in the sand and agree to disagree. So let's not be too quick to judge others, we're all Gasheads and we're all individuals and long may it continue....... .......my preaching is now over, now i must trot, i have to collect two fish and five loaves on my way home.
