According to a report from UEFA. Quite an interesting read if you are interested in Football statistics. The average wage bill of the Premier League is double that of second place.

Hopefully a good enough reason to tell Shaun Harvey and the EFL where to stick it, if and when they propose B teams into the league structure.
It may work in other countries where their lower leagues are barely supported, but in England our football league is well supported throughout, and lower league fans do not deserve the insult of seeing their club matched against youth players and reserves.
