I reckon that running TB a close second for MOM was that belter of an Oxford fan in the bright red anorak who was giving it the big 'un across the void area in our stand.
One of his more memorable utterances was "We hate Swindon more than you" which was beautifully ironic given the colour of his coat.
He lasted about 10 minutes before the stewards heaved him out.
A shame really, because he was shaping up to provide 90 mins of unadulterated fun.

Every time we concede an early goal lately, it seems to be the making of us. Is it because it means we have to attack, instead of trying to squeeze the life out of the game for 70 minutes?
Said it before. We should have more belief in our ability away from home. Blackpool was an example of a game we could and should have won, but we were happy to keep a clean sheet.
Anyway, fair report Steve other than slightly over egging Lines and Bennett. Lines had a decent game yesterday, but nowhere near man of the match. TB was as you rightly point out. Thought Ellis deserved a slightly higher mark. Where would we be without him now? And to think I wanted him gone last season. Bennett grew more into the game after a poor first half, but is a work in progress. I know he was a little lucky with his goal, but if you don't shoot you don't score. He was unlucky mind with his second attempt which was thwarted by a good save. Think he could turn out to be a shrewd signing. Hope so anyway.

I just think the team since DC took over just has a never give up attitude (99% of the time anyway) and a work for each other attitude. It's what DC wan'ts in his players when he is trying to sign them.
It's what makes me a bit uncomfortable/nervous when people want us to sign better players and/or if we get promoted. Getting that balance right between adding extra quality but maintain the attitude as a squad

I still think Moore has something to offer,it's a strange one because he has ,in the past, been a good player. Interested to see if he appears more on the bench now or disappears completely as I was surprised to see him come on Saturday.

He's the best defender among our "wingers". Not unusual to see him used to shore up a position.
