Very good question, I've been thinking about this myself.... I think it's simply pronounced "Russe". <iframe width="21.22" height="4.84" id="MoatPxIOPT0_52897051" scrolling="no" style="border-style: none; left: 0px; top: 0px; width: 21.22px; height: 4.84px; position: absolute; z-index: -9999;"></iframe> <iframe width="21.22" height="4.84" id="MoatPxIOPT0_83983463" scrolling="no" style="border-style: none; left: 1000px; top: -203px; width: 21.22px; height: 4.84px; position: absolute; z-index: -9999;"></iframe> <iframe width="21.22" height="4.84" id="MoatPxIOPT0_21505371" scrolling="no" style="border-style: none; left: 10px; top: -15px; width: 21.22px; height: 4.84px; position: absolute; z-index: -9999;"></iframe> <iframe width="21.22" height="4.84" id="MoatPxIOPT0_78184601" scrolling="no" style="border-style: none; left: 1000px; top: -15px; width: 21.22px; height: 4.84px; position: absolute; z-index: -9999;"></iframe> At the last home game against Scunthorpe as the team appeared on twitter I was asked by a young lady what the team was. When informed who was playing she was upset. She explained she was Luke Russe cousin and had been informed by her grandfather that a text had been received to say he was in the team for that day so come and watch. She said she had seen him in the team warm up so was very surprised that he had not been included on the bench either. She confirmed the name was Russ with a silent E. So the text was sent a week early. Typical rovers cock up

There's also another lad of our on loan at Poole Town who's been banging in goals for fun. Mo Baghdadi? I think his name is, and I apologise if I spelt that wrong.
I don't know his age or how near he is to the first team squad, but it's encouraging to have all these youngsters developing in the background.
