It's a bit odd how a player who can't even get into our low scoring squad can move up a division to York, regardless let's just hope York are paying at least half his wages and haven't got him on the cheap.

I hope this gives us scope for another striker as tha the missing piece of the jigsaw. I would also loan White out to get fit as appears miles off the pace.

I still thinks Brunty's played his last game for us, however I'm happy for him to prove me wrong and hit goalscoring form again! This is a win-win situation for us!

What does happen about his wages? Who's paying them? Anyone know?

Good point, but of course he may not get games there either! Maybe they have an injury crisis though. (No offence to Brunty - I just mean that would guarantee him games, which he needs.)

Not too odd as he has scored a run of goals in that league and may be putting 2 and 2 together but could imagine Ward put in a good word for him as he done well under him and Ward and Worthington get on well.

He's hardly prolific, though. Last season in 11 League Two appearances he scored 0 times and in the 12/13 season he managed 5 in 18 appearances. They must see something in him because his actual numbers do not scream prolific.

I don't think this will happen as we still have White, Cunnington, Taylor and Harrison as strikers plus Balanta who is hopefully approaching something near match fit. I'm not saying that any of these players are defintley the answer but I can't see us brining in a sixth. Unless White does indeed leave on loan to get a bit of match fitness and sharpness.

I'd be happy to see Jamie White go out on loan and bang a few in, with only 5 on the bench and Harrison in front of him, 4-5 games somewhere would do him good.

This looks like a good temporary move for Ryan, Rovers and York. Brunty has shown real committment to get himself fit, he needs match time which we cannot give on a regular basis at the moment, the move might help him regain a position in our starting 11 and to do this he will have to help York, and it might help Rovers financially. Good luck Ryan.

Odd decision. How is he expected to turn out for a struggling league side and make a difference when he doesn't even make our team?

I can see why he's not getting a chance here. Since he's been out of the side we've been on a very good run. Not saying it was his fault at all, just that DC what be slaughtered for changing a winning formula.
