from twitter Aldershot have confirmed it is NOT All Ticket - Rovers have said the Police asked rovers to sell tickets AS IF the game was all ticket confused? yep!! Cheers, thanks for clearing that up. I don't know if I can go until nearer the time and was going to write it off ... but that is good news for me and I am sure plenty of others.

So the police think that by making people buy tickets in advance it will prevent trouble. Has there ever been trouble at Aldershot? They have quite a lively lot. Well, by lively I mean that they have a group of lads aged between 14-18 who will give threatening gestures inside the ground and then after wait for the away coaches to depart before dealing more threatening gestures.

As I thought. This just seems a massive over reaction to what happened at Braintree. Seems it's a good excuse to earn a bit of overtime.

Would be a brilliant day if we can manage 4 or 6 points from our next 2 games

Apologies if posted elsehere, but it looks like the away section now only holds 1100, due to segregation at Aldershot. I wouldn't be surprised if Rovers are asked to sell more tickets if the initial 750 go early.
Othrwse, it could be a Torquay situation.

Funnily enough those fans are not around for night matches, as they are all safety tucked up in bed.

When we last played them on boxing day a couple of years back they managed to stop playing with the lego they got the day before for a couple of hours!

From reading the thread on the 'shots forum, it looks like everyone is confused, particularly about the number of away spaces available. I guess they have not sold out to away fans much in recent times. Good to see that Rovers listened to common sense and have brought forward the window for general sale to allow open purchase at Tuesday night's game. Having said that, there seems scant reason for any priority sales if the game is not all ticket.

If we sell out of the 750 early the police may then insist it is all ticket for the Gas?
