I cant see how DC and MS need to go.. However, he knows he needs to get his act together. This is harsh on him as he constantly replacing our best players with new player that have "Potential" to be the next one sold for X amount of cash. How can MS & DC be 100% at fault for working with what they have. Had we kept Harrison, even until Jan we would be a different side - continuity etc. DC keeps getting all his hard work undone by the BoD (or whoever decides that a play can be sold) I'm sure that there are many variables that most people don't know about too.
The only odd thing I was really confused about yesterday was the full back selection. DC relies on the full backs overlapping and providing the width - TC and JC are not those sort of full backs - as a rule. So this means others, Sercombe in particular have to get our and provide the width, this then leaves us short in the middle... I think!
Anyway, as for how much longer DC and his team can go on polishing a turd. Who knows.

Not one of the DC our brigade has even mentioned one possible manager who they think could replace DC How many members are required for it to be classed as a brigade?

I thought this was a cricket related post... presume the threads title has 3 stumps after Clarke and Stewart out?
Anyway what tosh
I think DC has enough ability to realise the teams shortcomings at present. His hands have been tied regards his pot of gold and has to wait til his calculated gamble of the new left back takes his spot. With him and a fit Leads bombing down the flanks, with the midfield settled and Payne and Reilly up top smashing them in, we will be fine once again.
I predict a comfortable 9th place finish with some good attacking football to come..... So please everyone, take a chill pill, sip a cider, skin up, whatever floats ya boat, and get behind our best ever manager..... might be another generation before we get another one as good!

The claims that SC and MS need to go are ridiculous I think we need to change the style a little and concentrate in doing our business in the opponents penalty area by moving the ball forward more quickly, also there is a need to read situations better in and around our own penalty area.

Cant be bothered to read all 5 pages as this must be a wind up. If not a wind up then you have no clue about football to have this opinion.

Sorry but has seen how many goals we leeked last year and done nothing about it. Either because he can,t or because people don,t want to play for him and the club. Agree what you say but come on stop protecting him and yes I do not have a great liling for DC because he is boring and predicatble which is the team all over, weak|| .....when the opposition put it in the onion-bag?

sadly i think many people on here prefer having a whinge to watching the Gas!! It's not just on here but also at the ground. Moan, moan, moan! We're probably in the best position we've been for years and yet it seems the moaners will never be happy, I honestly think some would prefer us to still be in the conference. Ridiculous thread!
