since the famous Braintree loss in September, we've only let in 2 goals five times in the League, and we've not lost any of those games. W 2, D 3 We've never let in more than 2 this season. Barnet have let in 2 or more 10 times this season, and have won none of them. D 3, L 7. Plus 2 cup games (1-3 & 2-6) We however have scored sod all goals. Excuse me if that last sentence was too statistical a phrase

When were we last top of the league, ignoring Buckle's first game in charge when we went top before any other teams played? Was it when we were last in Div 2, under Atkins, or way back to Ollie's era?

Fairly certain it was March 2000, after which things went a bit belly up for the next 14 years. 1999-2000 Seaso Bristol Rovers

So it looks like 14 years since we've been top/had a serious chance of straight promotion, I think we'd better make the post of the next couple of months.

well, we made it to the round figures.
Now 20 league games unbeaten overall, 15 league games unbeaten away, and only 1 loss in 30 league games overall.

No Sagittarius fullback has scored past an ex Rovers keeper on a Tuesday in March in a year ending in 6 since last Wednesday.

ok, first one. a quiz one. What do Steve Yates, Jamie Cureton and Rickie Lambert particularly have in common? Just realised that Chris Lines can be added to that question... played first game game of season before transferring away.

QI stat -
With Chris lines measuring over 6 foot we unofficially have the tallest footy team ever. After Giraffe FC of Kenya, and the Tutsi Tornadoes of Rwanda.

Although our away following has been amazing, we have actually taken less supporters to 3 clubs than they have brought to us.
Brownie points for naming the 3.
(Clue - not Braintree... Ha ha.)
