We're obviously building the first ever sustainable stadium, all recyclable. Ground-breaking goal? = To save the world.

Christ - it’s basically the same thing! How embarrassing! Will anything ever improve?

It's 4 seats wider with 1 more pillar.... Good spot. So it is a new stand then. Looking at it, you have to wonder why they bothered when it's barely any different to what was there before.

Can't see what all the fuss is about. It's a temporary stand and I for one did not expect something similar to the Lansdown stand across the city. One thing's for sure, it looks a darn sight better than the patch of gravel I saw at the last game!

The club claimed it was a "bespoke" stand but it looks virtually the same as the last one, or basically the same as you see everywhere else where they use temporary stands.

Bespoke is something made to order. i.e. not off the shelf, so there must be something about it that is specific to BRFC. That could be the layout, dimensions, colour of the seats etc. Personally, I was not expecting a vast improvement over what we had previously as it was made perfectly clear that this work was still part of a package of temporary improvements. I'm not sure why the old SW stand needed to be replaced but the club must have had it's reasons, wasn't the old SW stand second hand anyway? Perhaps there were safety issues with it.

They replaced all the green seats in the South Stand last year. Maybe it was just as cheap to get an all new stand for the SW? Seems really odd to replace something with an identical thing without it being a cost or safety issue.

Bloody hell what were you lot expecting.
It looks a lot tidier to me for what it is and it has a proper roof.

It does not matter what the owners do, there is always a queue of posters eager to adversely criticize. It has become so predictable and tedious. I hope the people that choose to use the stand will be satisfied, especially when it rains.
