Upper tier was packed!! could not see - gangways blocked with fans unable to get to seats - why was the lower tier not opened!! Very lucky there were not more problems or perhaps there was?

I'm not even tall but the leg room situation was abysmal. Not sure why I expected a better ground but it was proper ropey.

Not going to jump on the "amazing following" bandwagon. Seen plenty of people were going who never usually bother.
Then comparing it to City is ludicrous, as let's face it this was seen as a big day out for us.

"Rovers have twice, possibly more, as many fans as City did for midweek fixture" Yeah but it was a tenner for most Gas. Probably 30 quid for City

Of course.... It happens all the time. Take 1800 to a league one club mid week in London and I will be more impressed. Hope we take 1800 or more to Shrewsbury. I bet we won't.

Because I know plenty myself for a start. Did you go? No, I'm more worried about the league than the cup. Especially at the moment. Even if we did go on a cup run, where would the money go?

Here we go, another round of petty bickering.
The last time I went to QPR I can remember not being able to feel my lower legs for hours due to the lack of space between rows. FWIW I'm one of the couldn't care less about the we took more fans than you debate. The real reason we support our club is to see our team win not to sit there counting how many people are in the ground.

I would love to attend more away games but distance is the major factor why I don't. For example last night's game was twice the distance for me than a Bristol resident and a 400 plus mile round trip on a Tuesday night for a Gashead of senior years is just a trip to far. I attend all home games and clock up 5000 miles a year doing that. Oh by the way before someone says why not move to Bristol, born there, lived there, got the tee shirt and long ago saw the light! UTG!
Ps Just seen the last post and I buy a sausage roll, there bloody lovely!
