Fair enough, im the same. At least they will fill their stadium tonight... Not a rugby fan and couldn't really give a f**k about it but I hope Bath smash them. That’s the spirit

Luke Daniels is playing full back for Bristol. Hope he doesn't drop the ball

I switched in to watch the first half tonight while on the phone to my shithead best mate for the banter.
Im not gunna lie, the new Ashton gate rebuild is amazing. For a new build its one of the best in the country imho,it pains me to admit this tho.
The thing is that we as a football club have just as much potential as they do in the long term if we can ever get a new developed ground, and any good money thrown at us like they have over the years.
It wateres me off to say it, but they are a premiership club in the waiting.Tonight shown me why we need a new ground more than asap..

I can't argue with that, I sadly have to admit that Ashton Gate is now a fantastic stadium..... The Gap is rather large these days but I will never betray the Gas' and will never stop dreaming that one day it could be us with simular expectations etc etc

I watched it too. I must say that every time the TV panned around the ground & the 26000 crowd, I couldn't help thinking 'the lady gardens'. Then I was thinking about the bar bill & the numbers of sausage rolls they sold & the TV money - if that was us we could have brought another player in on loan based on yesterday's takings alone!! UTG

UTG For all their modern stadium bollocks we've still got one thing they'll never have... ...babestation on the TV in the bar.
