Bonham 7.5 In truth he didn't have much to do and had no chance with the goal
Leadbitter 6.5 got in good positions and put in some good crosses (if only we had decent players on the end of them) J. Clarke 6 solid Lockyer 6 solid Craig 6 solid Kelly 6 solid but not as much a threat as Leads
O. Clarke 5.5 Lines 7.5 great first half not so much the second Sercombe 5.5
Reilly 4 Payne 3
Subs: Bennett 4 Rodman 3 Matthews 4
Crowd 4 Ref 7 Barnsley 6 not as good as I was expecting and lucky to get the win
Bonham 6.5 couple of dodgy clearances but a quiet game for him mostly
Leadbitter 7.5 our main( only) attacking outlet.need to get runners in the box to maximise though. J. Clarke 7 solid as usual Lockyer 8 had Moore in his pocket first half,Moore dropped deeper 2nd half to find some room. Craig 7 starting to like Mr elbow, about time we had a master of the dark arts. Kelly 7 seems to be growing in confidence, very tidy game.
O. Clarke 6 mixed bag from Ollie. Lines 7 couple of sublime passes 1st half, faded a bit 2nd half.
Sercombe 6 one decent strike and could have been played in on a couple of occasions.similar to o.clarke.
Reilly 4.5 looked weak when in possession, trying but failing to play the gaffney role. Not a league1 player on evidence so far. Payne 5.5 average game overall.Jurys out.
Subs: Bennett 6 the only forward who can make things happen.I know he has his faults but must start games for me. Rodman 5 needs a run in the team to see if he could be part of the answer to solving our goal drought. Matthews 5.5 seems like a confidence player and undoubtedly has ability.
Crowd 6 Ref 5 Barnsley 6.5 think they could have stepped up a gear if needed, comfortably in charge after the break.
Leadbitter 8 - not sure why he was taken off ? J. Clarke 7 - you know what you get with him Lockyer 7 - looked solid today Craig 7 - looked solid as well Kelly 6 - needs more time to develop but getting better
O. Clarke 6 looked a bit lost today Lines 7 - one one in midfield who had a clue about passing today Sercombe 4 - spends to much time covering for Kelly
Reilly 4 - no right type of service to be effective Payne 4 - Not a Target man, can't jump to save his life
Subs: Bennett 4 Still No End Product Rodman 5 - no better than what was on the field Matthews 4 Not strong enough and one dimensional
Crowd 5 looked lost in that stadium Ref 4 your typical lower league ref Barnsley 7 will go back up this season
“And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make.” The Beatles - The End
Bonham 7.5 Couldn't do much with goal made himself big for stop at the start of second half, kicking okay apart from a couple. Got to win the ball more from his kicks were in the final third but not capitalising from the positioning
Leadbitter 6 made some good overlapping runs but only 50/50 on his crossing J. Clarke 6.5 steady game Lockyer 6.5 steady game Craig 6.5 steady game Kelly 5.5 delays the early ball and looses the chance to create
O. Clarke 5 to far off front men as with other midfielders so lost out on a lot of opportunities Lines 5 poor touches and floating crosses, corners and free kicks, need to be hit with more venom Sercombe 4.5 hardly knew he was on the pitch
Reilly 5 lots of running around but has the touch of an elephant Payne 5 lost out to almost every header but if you don't jump you will lose Subs: Bennett 4 Rodman 4 Matthews 4 no real impact by any of the subs but not sure if all the blame should be put on them. With so many changes week in week out. When they get on their trying so hard to impress as individuals to get a starting spot they miss out on chances rather than playing as a team IMO!!
Crowd Ref 5.5 Barnsley 6.5 good passing side but will get punish from any team hitting the target
