I used to go drinking with Miah, great guy and a vicious squash player If I remember correctly Stuart Taylor flicked on Miah Dennehy's corners at the near post for Paul Randall, Dave Staniforth to score at the back post !! Yes happy memories, sadly Miah is not in good health these days

Top 3 I loved watching Lambert Cureton Roberts Closely followed by Hayles Stewart Penrice Saunders Ellington Tait Tait is an interesting one! To be fair he did score a fair few, including an extremely important one at the Vetch to end a long losing run I seem to be remember? But most seem to remember him as lanky and rubbish!

I remember Ray Graydon threatening to take his house off him after he got sent off in one game. Ah, those were the days!

Only started watching Rovers post-2003 so can't comment on the likes of Cureton, Roberts et al but I was obsessed with Junior Agogo back at the time, loved him. Sir Rickie is obviously number one though with a further honourable (perhaps not honourable) mention for the snake.

If you only started watching the gas this season, it has to be Nichols, Payne and Rielly

Wow, what a hatrick! Not a bad level for him to still be banging them in on a regular basis at the ripe old age of 43! Curo wasn't in my top 3, but that just goes to show how many top class strikers we've had here over the years.

Curo wasn't in my top 3, but that just goes to show how many top class strikers we've had here over the years. Lazy. For that last goal he just couldn't be arsed to run up and round the keeper, so he fired it in from 30 yards.
