Of course I will go as its the gas and playing at wembley but I would be amazed if we take anymore than 20k for this given the hate for the check-a-trade.

I would go, but we will not beat Sunderland, so we wont be going anyway, shame as we are in London the weekend of the final attending the Teenage Cancer Trust gig at the Royal Albert Hall, could had been a beano.

No. Sunderland fans already boasting that they'll sell out, asking if they'll get offered more than their 1,400 allocation and that they'll be buying tickets in Rovers end. C*nts.
How the mighty have fallen...

I think its one of those strange scenarios where you will be a true supporter of yer club by not attending.

Hope it's all worth it for those enthusiastic few finks when we get beaten by City U23s in a few years.

I think its one of those strange scenarios where you will be a true supporter of yer club by not attending. I’m under huge pressure to go if we get to the final (in other circumstances I would boycott) but It’s not now just the kids (who don’t appreciate the politics) but when I mentioned to my wife that it was on Mother’s Day, she was crystal clear that the best present we could give her would be for us to f&@k off to London for the day and give her some peace.

Almost the perfect catch 22 this (as far as I'm concerned)....
I won't be going if we get there.... But I really hope it's a gas v bury final just to feck things up....

Boycott or not, there will still be 25,000 going from our neck of the woods even if a fair few are day trippers like you always get on such days.

I am one of the undecided. I hate the competition but what about the team One end full of Pompey fans and a couple of thousand Gas at the other end. How will the players feel and react.

Whatever people decide can we give up with this true supporter bullshit if you go or don't go. We're all Gashead whether we go or not and will all have our reasons for going and not going.

Probably not, but I can understand why others would want to - not gonna lose any sleep over it, we haven't even got there yet!

As much as I don’t support it, if we got to the final we might never make it so far for a while

Sunderland is going to be a tough game but I'm optimistic we can pull it off. I'll be there and at Wembley if we make it. Been to Port Vale, the Millenium, old and new Wembley and would go again. Survived cancer for the 2nd time last year and 2 strokes and no one will stop me from going. This forum is a tiny proportion of the fan base and I'll respect peoples views that won't go for whatever reason but do feel its disappointing they don't respect those that do want to go.

Did any of you break away non watchers listen to talk sport today?, EFL representative was asked categorically, if this format was being trialled for U21 sides to eventually play in football league. The answer was NO, Never.

Yes should we get there. And flying home early from holiday to do it too. No better way to spend Mother's Day, my 84 year old Mum will love it.
