Francisco posted this on the FB page:-
"Today I was busy almost every day in college and I just got home. I discovered that I arrived at what was needed for the donation. I am very happy and grateful to all those who made this possible, a trip I could not buy, just because I study and I do not work. Added to the Argentine economic reality that is not the best. They made me the happiest person in the world and I feel grateful. I hope to meet you and have a great week, I am excited and eternally happy. Thanks to everyone who knew my story, who contributed to this cause and also to all the beautiful family that we are. I wish you a good night and I hope to meet you soon! Thank you very much to all. Siempre Gas! #UTG"

I would hope our Media dept would broadcast this all over the media so we can get some good news stories out there !

Great story and what a lucky guy, adopts a foreign club, then gets a paid for trip, crikey, his man utd supporting Mates must be ****** off. He neednt worry about walking the wrong way out of the mem, unlike doing that at La Boca.
I would like to add that I've had a thing for Deportivo Saprisa of Costa Rica for quite some time, and also the Lizard League of the Galapagos. Siempre las lagartijas.

Great story. All because of a computer game and the request for a shirt.
Wouldn't it be great if when he comes over he brings an Argentinian FC signed shirt to go in our trophy cabinet, ( bit bare after the Eastville fire )
Their shirt resembles the old Tesco bag shirt worn it i'm correct by his favourite player Lambert.
The shirt would also look nice on the Butcombe Bar wall alongside Holloway wearing it. Even better get Holloway in to receive it wearing his Rovers kit. Now that would make good headlines for the press!

Francisco has arrived in Bristol. I believe that he is going to the Tote End Reunion on Friday night - that could be a baptism of fire!
