Are this board anti family every season the price goes up for family end season tickets . Not far off an extra 100 pounds in last five years for adult . No wonder there’s hardly any kids at the games. I’m sick to death of it. These idiots have got no vision for the future.

Football club raises its prices for the up-coming season. Shock horror!
How the f uck do you expect them to run the club unless they raise enough money from their customers to keep the business running?
Of course, football prices are the only things that ever go up, aren't they?
None of us ever expects an annual raise at work, do we?
If you're only prepared to pay a tenner at the gate then we'll be playing against the likes of WSM and Bath City.
Dear God.

Wait until the sausage rolls go up to £5 next season, there will be blood spilt and grown men crying!

As they have brought back family saver tickets I work out that I will be saving £20 if I get the same seats for me and my lad this year, how is that hitting families in their pockets?

£90 pound extra for me and misses alright our daughters tickets stayed the same. £90 extra how thick are you lot. Family terrace gone up again wouldn’t mind if it was a tenner like other terraces. £45 rise is taking the water. What don’t you get . I’m alright jack. We won’t be the only ones thinking we had enough

Wow... did you want a marquee signing? Did you want us to bid for better players? Do you want the ground upgraded? Do you want to pay less for a pasty?

Everyone wants something but expects someone else to pay for it. The only thing I would say is the pricing structure could reflect the difficulties younger people have financially as that is who we need to encourage. I'd introduce tapered prices for season tickets right up to 30 to tie people in like golf clubs do.

The OS is suggesting it's less than £16 for an adult & 2 kids in the family enclosure, so around a fiver each for 90 mins of entertainment once a fortnight, not sure you'll beat that for value for money. I'm paying nearly £20 a match for just my own s/t in the stands.

There is a case to be made for clubs to be more pro active in trying to encourage families and kids to go to matches especially clubs like ours that have 3,000 unsold places at most home games. Why not kids under 11 free in designated parts of the ground? Also why don't more clubs follow the bradford model of cheap tickets and bigger crowds?

The Bradford model is OK for Bradford because they have a 27,000 capacity stadium. The only problem with their model is they get most of their money pre-season. All they get through the year is away fans income, and any money through other means like bar takings and food.

I think I read somewhere that free tickets were given to primary school children, not long ago. We should be doing that regularly. The community department should have a few hundred tickets, to give out each week, as part of the various schemes they run.

Yes, but the OP is talking about ST's, rather than one offs and special give aways to (relatively) random people and random games. Not knocking those schemes, but parents usually need certainty and to plan ahead, so such schemes are not relevant in most cases.

Err, so someone is wrong because they have complained before? And because they are not as perfectly articulate as some people on here? Maybe the wording isn't right but there is an important point here. Kids really are the future and facilities / conditions at the Mem for kids are pretty poor. Some of the prices are OTT, especially non-ST prices, and not enough is being done. Some other things and schemes are good and should be applauded. It's not 100% black and white; imperfect or perfect. And everyone has an individual situation.
