Facts. Family terrace. 1 adult + 2 under 16's £15.91/game.
N and W terrace 1 adult + 2 under 16's £23.25/game
W terrace 1 adult + 2 under 16's £25.65/game.
Note. Under 11's ST's are significantly cheaper for the terrace areas but the FT is the only area offering an inclusive price for 1 adult + 1 or 2 children.
I would suggest the FT offers very good value compared to the rest of the ground.

That post from last year proves my point. Why shouldn’t I have another moan. Spoke to Wael yesterday at half time told him to add it on to other parts of the ground as they don’t seem to mind

Err, so someone is wrong because they have complained before? And because they are as perfectly articulate as some people on here? Maybe the wording isn't right but there is an important point here. Kids really are the future and facilities / conditions at the Mem for kids are pretty poor. Some of the prices are OTT, especially non-ST prices, and not enough is being done. Some other things and schemes are good and should be applauded. It's not 100% black and white; imperfect or perfect. And everyone has an individual situation. Nah, I have no issue with someone raising a legitimate issue and as you know, it's one I have a lot of sympathy with. That said, when someone has just 20 posts in a year and most are on this subject it's fair game to rib them a little too no? It's all in jest mate, people shouldn't take this place too seriously.

Only £1 more than the FT. South & South West stands: 1 adult + 2 under 16's = £18.78/game. This represents incredible value imo. So for me the OP is simply wrong, families are not being picked on with price hikes.

Are this board anti family every season the price goes up for family end season tickets . Not far off an extra 100 pounds in last five years for adult . No wonder there’s hardly any kids at the games. I’m sick to death of it. These idiots have got no vision for the future. 5 years ago was Mr Higgs and Co A lot of kids support Liverpool apparently.I see their shirts everywhere

There is a case to be made for clubs to be more pro active in trying to encourage families and kids to go to matches especially clubs like ours that have 3,000 unsold places at most home games. Why not kids under 11 free in designated parts of the ground? Also why don't more clubs follow the bradford model of cheap tickets and bigger crowds? I think I read somewhere that free tickets were given to primary school children, not long ago. We should be doing that regularly. The community department should have a few hundred tickets, to give out each week, as part of the various schemes they run. They should extend it to Secondary schools too - they're not old enough to work either

You can't choose not to pay the council tax. somebody once told me it’s an act not a law and as long as you don’t enter discussion with them as in ignore their mailings (or nobody submits you as living there I.e letting agent) or admit to living there, you can get away with it very easily! Haven’t had the balls to try it myself!

I'm considering renewing mine and the two boys even tho they think the ground is a turd hole and rarely want to come along. even on my own at £18.78 i don't think its overly bad. they just need to put more effort in pre match IMO.

Others know far more than me about the matchday experience. Istm that the match days season before last and even last season seemed better and was improving. Has this season got worse or was I wrong about what I was thinking? Lots on here seem to be saying the same as you. It just seemed as if the club tried to make the day better and had a few side stalls around on the day. Most of my matches this year were in Sept and Oct or night matches. Has it got worse? UTG!

My father is a casual gashead, and goes to the odd game here or there, and the big ones like playoff fixtures. I went on a ‘soccer funday’ when I was a kid and got given a free ticket to go and watch rovers. He took me along with my brother in toe and we ended up going to almost a dozen matches over the next few seasons. Now I’m a season ticket holder and drag him along with me every now and then. From that single free ticket has spawned decades of revenue for the club. This sort of thing is invaluable and should be widespread.

I'm not sure it has got worse, just not got any better. There are many simple things that could be done that would keep kids coming back. Easy one for starters would be the inflatable kick the ball in the hole thing - If you are a young Pirate, you have a membership number I believe (Hope!). When you take your first three kicks that game, the total score gets added up. Each game you attend you can increase your score - offer a monthly prize (shirt, scarf, hat etc...) and then an end of season shoot out on the pitch in the glorious April/May sunshine at half time with some top bins to aim for? could group ages - U8-U10, U11 - U14 and then U15 +
I appreciate that it would need some effort,so probably a no... Just a thought....
Oh..... and an Adult one too? Possibly for season ticket holders only (not sure)?

I'm going to buy one soon. I think if GC can bring in 2 or 3 players of the quality of the last two then we will have a good season

Odd that everything is an adult plus TWO children. It's not. The option is for one adult, with one or two children. This is for the family terrace, family stand or south stand.
