Nowt to do with Rovers i know, but imagine this scenario, strugling club sack manager ,new manager cant prevent relegation to national league, but is backed by new owners to lead them back to football league. Are Yeovil about to swap Darren for Darrell and how would Gas eds feel about it? me? think he is to good to drop down again, but could only wish him well!!!

A job for Marcus Stewart? Been linked with them in the past and is looking for employment.

No offence to Yeovil but he can do a lot better than that. Think he'll manage a bigger club in league two, like a Swindon or Mansfield.

Based on what, and why would DC take over Yeovil - be it in L2, or NL? DC until the start of this season would have be considered for any job in the bottom half of the championship that came up,along with any top L1 position.. I know things ended bad for him here but there would be no need for him to drop down to L2 ( unless a club like MK dons - spit...) came calling as they have clear ambition. DC next job will be a L1 club like Oxford,Bradford..luton if they came up.

Beg to differ about the idea he would have been considered for half the jobs in the Championship last summer. Tactically he struggled at this level and questions marks exist. Paul Hurst would surely be ahead of him in the queue for a decent L1 job. My money is on that he'll end up in a half decent L2 job at a club who has the potential to compete in top half of L1.

Can't see DC taking any job before the end of this season and certainly not at Yeovil with only a few games left. Would not think he would fancy a return to the Conference.

The tosser with the sign apart, why do so many Gasheads hate Yeovil? Never understood why. They are a small club who punched massively above their weight for a while. It was a great story. They also have a rich tradition for a mainly non-league club. I would take no pleasure in them being relegated. Genuinely interested to know if I missed a reason why they seem to be so hated?

For me it's historical - back in the day Yeovil and Bath City were big rivals, and, being a Bathonian I would love to see them back in non league.

I think its mainly due to them doing well during our first spell of troubling times in L2 from 2003-2007. Gary Johnson was in charge and with a lack of a Bristol derby, and Yeovil having a decent side at the time which got them to the Championship, along with a couple of firey games between us - the 2-2 when we were down to 9 Men added to it. Also they are covered by Radio Bristol adds to it..

I would just love it if Yeovile slipped out of the league. Karma we should all get signs if that happens! I'd be embarrassed if we did that. Why stoop to the level of one idiotic Yeovil fan? They're irrelevant to us, and in my opinion to still be het up about one bloke holding up a stupid handmade sign would say more about us than about them.
