Last years AGM took place on Monday 19th March, so the AGM should be announced any time now, unless the losses are so great that these have been delayed.
I anticipate losses in excess of £2m for the year ending 30th June 2018.

Why would they delay it because the losses are so great? Are they hoping to cover it up before the AGM is announced?

The accounts aren't publicly due to the 31st.
The AGM can be whenever
If the losses were £10m, the Al-Qadi's own the club and there isn't much that can stop them even if someone wants to question them

I can't imagine they will make good reading unless you wear red and enjoy a good laugh Well tbh having just seen the article on BBC website about Blackburn, Bolton and Birmingham where they look at Championship clubs and their finances I don’t really think BCFC1982 have anything to be smug about. If I was IT savvy I’d copy the link here but I’m not. Basically those three clubs are financially bankrupt, it goes on to compare them against other League 1 clubs last year and Championship clubs at the moment. There are too many wannabes in the Championship and not enough PL places. Will the EFL do anything of course not yet. But as the finances seem unsustainable the next few years might see the EFL forced to level the playing field. Interesting reading. UTG!

www.bbc.com/sport/football/47691385‘"Club records were broken, bridges were built and memories were made," announced the opening statement of Blackburn Rovers' accounts last week. The club had, after all, won promotion from League One in 2017-18. But one record that the club may not be so proud of is making a loss of £17.5m in that financial year - a record for League One.’ Jeez. I hope one day this football bubble will burst.

When people talk of the 'bubble bursting' it's difficult to actually fathom what that means exactly!? I gather for a successful 'burst' we'd be talking about some kind of indecent that makes the playing field leveller from top to bottom and that just isn't going to happen....

It's Wael's big 50th birthday in November, maybe he's delaying until then and asking for money for his birthday?

When people talk of the 'bubble bursting' it's difficult to actually fathom what that means exactly!? I gather for a successful 'burst' we'd be talking about some kind of indecent that makes the playing field leveller from top to bottom and that just isn't going to happen.... Fair enough comment. I take it to mean that clubs are sustainable and are run whereby income matches expenditure. In the case of some clubs if the owners want to give money then that is what it is, a gift. In Bolton’s case I’m not sure that is so. Lots of club are running an operating loss. In those cases so long as the owners give the money that’s up to them. But that would include paying HMI Revenue and Customs. It’s not fair that clubs who go into admin can then avoid paying local people because of an administrative clause. I don’t know about Bristol in 1982 but I know a few businesses who struggled when AFC Bournemouth went into admin a few years ago. Yet now they are swimming in money and the businesses dont exist. Just totally unfair imo. I don’t mind owners putting their own money in but would see it as a gift not as another way of putting the club into debt. I’ve no problems with Lansdown funding the others so long as all the bills are paid, to everyone. It’s his he can do with it what he wants. But you are right Greg, it won’t happen. But it would be good if it did and that’s what I presumed Gonzales meant and what I replied to. UTG!

I can't imagine they will make good reading unless you wear red and enjoy a good laugh They need to stay in their cage on that one - nice stadium or not £24m losses for them doesn’t make good reading either. That BBC article is a shocker & it will all implode sooner rather than later.
