Just in time for the end of the football season 🤗 Wasn't it meant to be in place at the start of the season ? 🤔

Just seems like a big load of wasted time and money to me. All you need in a ground like the Mem is a scoreboard that works all the time. The money probably could have been spent on getting better players rather than bringing in players that aren’t good enough for this level that nobody else wanted and ending up with a massive squad of below average players.
Maybe they’ll use it in the summer for the England matches or something, I hope it’ll pay for itself and make us a profit otherwise I can’t see the point.

Ah, but the Mem is not fit for purpose, for lack of many things, among which a flashy screen. Now, we're getting one; ''it isn't needed''.

Screen is being paid for by sponsors not by the club. So the club aren't wasting money but getting something for nothing in exchange for allowing advertising on the screen. it not money that could have been used on players.

Exactly, if anything it will bring in more money to increase the budget. Don't stop some from moaning though!

You seem well informed Wertongas, can you tell us how much the screen has cost the Club? presumably, the Club has had to pay up front and the advertising money will come in over time. Has it cost £50,000 as has been rumoured? Surely it is a good addition to the matchday experience? and I suppose it is a matter of opinion if the money could have been better spent?

When they announced we would be getting the screen, they said that sponsor's were paying for it. Think it was Brunel but not 100%.
