Just out of interest have any of the remainining shareholders received a copy of the accounts yet? Has the Sharescheme Director got a copy to share with people who contributed to the scheme?

Could it be a commercially sensitive post balance sheet event and accounts are being held back so not to distract from our relegation battle? Expect accounts to be filed as soon as we are either safe or the end of the season. For the main accounts, yes it could be. However the fact that these two Dormant companies are also overdue leads me to believe its an issue with the accountants. Why would they not file the Dormant accounts? Because they've been instructed not to for whatever reason by the owners?

Maybe the new potential owners want their accountants to look over them before buying the club (David Rubin & Partners)

It's interesting that so many people want new owners. these are better than the last lot and you will know that if you have watched the development squad or drank in the bar. the question I would ask is what's to say new owners will be any better, or worse than the ones we have. You only need to look at other clubs in the league to see that "new" isn't always best

As you say, new owners may not be better but may be inevitable if the family are no longer committed.. Mind you, anyone willing to buy the club will need some financial clout.
