Can't see any reference yet. Tweet from Geoff Twentyman suggesting today's game will be Tom's last?!

Blimey. That's a shame. Thought he might be a one-team player.
Anyone know if he's under contract?

I thought he’s on a long contract, did we agree to a deal for him to go when the window opens then?!

If he is out of contract that is extremely bad given he was one of our only real assets

If he is out of contract that is extremely bad given he was one of our only real assets He extended his deal in January 2018, surely we wouldn't be stupid enough to have given him an 18 month contract extension? www.bbc.com/sport/football/42649584Tom signed a deal in April 2016 & January 2018. If it turns out the TL is out of contract then I will be absolutely furious with this board.

Surely we aren’t letting a full international leave on a free. I would be gutted if that’s the case.

It's seems that this could be the case as why else would GT tweet this and its not normal that a player announce's that they are leaving for another club if a fee is involved. It comes across that TL is out of contract and has said he is not signing another one so will be off in the summer.

Very bad news if true, irrespective of any fee. This is a man who has arguably been our player of the year.
Quality defender who will be hugely missed. This will be a test of Coughlan's recruitment skills.

Because it was them who negotiated sh*t contracts on (potentially) Lockyer, Brown, Taylor & Bodin. I said it before & got slated for it, but since most have changed their minds. Our contract management is an absolute farce. There is now a strong chance that we let go Sercombe (likely to be out of contract), Lockyer, Brown, Bodin & Taylor for 750k in total.

That sad thing is that was the core of our side from a few seasons ago that could have been ( with alittle investment ) at the time a side that could have been a championship side today. Now as you say, it looks like at least four of them have gone for complete peanuts.

If he goes he goes. During the D.C. era contracts were short to act as a motivator (play well or you go elsewhere) and because we were fed up of journey men who caused us to go out of the league on big contracts and poor performances. For every star player we lose we get away wit carrying 5 or so duds. And for every star player we lose there’s a chance we can gain a star player or two on the free market. Happens to all sorts of clubs.
6 months ago everyone was happy to knock him.
