Still gutted he’s gone, but I think it was inevitable that he would link back up with DC. Good luck to the guy , always gave his all for us. A bloody lovely guy off the pitch as well.

I wish the Beard all the very best at his new club but i fear injuries will again cause him to have limited appearances

Great signing for a team that have been relegated to League 2.Sincs will always have my respect as a clubman and as a good League 2 player. If he stays fit then he will put in many good performances for Walsall. This was a very predictable signing.

Great signing for Walsall and far better chance of a quick return to L1

Glad he's found himself a decent club at a decent level and he's reunited with DC. Walsall fans will no doubt be delighted when they see his Duracell bunny style displays on the pitch, and his exemplary community work off it.

One of my favourite Rovers players ever and a much, much better footballer than some give him credit for. I think Sincs typified everything that was good about Rovers in the 4 or 5 seasons he was here.
Lovely bloke off the pitch too, who will be as big a credit to Walsall as he has been here.
Best of luck Stu. The grass at the Bescot is going to be knackered.

The Beard did not sign for Walsall. Walsall signed for The Beard.
Good luck Stu and thanks for everything.

Legend, I wasn't sure if he'd get a FL club to take him on but I'm glad he's got the chance, what a bloke.

The guy is an absolute gem of a human being. All the best at Walsall, Stu. Hope you can nab yourself a 5th promotion.

Let’s be honest, L1 was a step too far for the guy, as much as I would love him to be. L2 is a league where you need a bit of brute force and can get away with that sort of combative style whereas to succeed in L1 you need to be a bit more technically gifted.

Walsall fans quote this “I promise you will love this guy! Look after him for us as we will miss him! Maybe the best free signing you’ll ever make!”

Get him a technical player along side and they will be laughing , loved doing the hard work and tackling and playing in any position he was asked to. DC and SS love a promotion. Utg

People often mention his injury record but one of the main reasons for those was his willingness to put himself in harms way for the teams cause. I really hope he does well at walsall.

Good luck to him - so pleased that he's reunited with a Manager who will appreciate what he brings to the squad.
