with exception of Southend,Colchester,Mk Dons and Scunthorpe all the clubs with similar or bigger losses last year are larger clubs than us and can withstand bigger losses than us, that is a bit worrying and suggests we may have to make more cutbacks, also MAY indicate that DC had a good budget and didn't spend it very wisely we should have been higher up the table.

How can Sunderland and Charlton afford to lose 10m? Crazy stuff. These results are for the previous season i.e. the one before this last one when Sunderland were relegated. it would be interesting to know how much the Charlton owner has pumped into them given that he's apparently so hated he can't even attend this weekend's Play off final!!

Totally forgot about Hugill.
Stroke of luck that for Port Vale. West Ham paying way over the odds for an average player (again) like Hugill.
They got more ££'s from a sell on clause than we did for Snake, Bodin and Ellis combined transfer fees.

That table is clearly wrong. Southend lost £3.1m so should be below us and as Swansea, ourselves and Colchester all lost £3.0m, we should be in joint 60th position.
That puts us in the middle third - bit like finishing 15th in league One this season!

Buy a programme, a pasty, a pint and an extra 50/50, join the share scheme and bring a friend (or 10). There is your profit. Sorted

I think the mere fact we never sold out last season so never filled the Mem is a significant factor. And before people say why would people come to watch us in a crap stadium playing crap football -!we struggled through DCs successful years to sell out. Even for games v Oxford Luton Portsmouth Sunderland we should have sold out completely and reaped the benefits of increased programme pasty and bar sales but we didn’t
