We’d almost be better doing a new club and starting again as otherwise we are never going to be able to afford to get anywhere bar huge investment of about 40 million!

What we need is Hani to reign in Wael. We've blown another £40k on a scoreboard. And it still isn't up. We've blown over £200k revamping the bars that we could have survived without. It's ok with all these nice to haves, but we just can't afford it. Nice posh seats in Waels box that we could have done without. Embarrassing family stand which cost thousands we could have done without.
Profligate doesn't even come close.

If we want this club to go forward, we need to get rid of this debt asap! How much do we have now?

You mean the bars that were paid for by insurance money and a sponsor and the big screen that was paid for by a sponsor?

We lose a striker every summer, that's an annual loss. Goodbye JCH.

So this equates to a debt of £13.5 million at June 2018?

I don't get how insurance money for the stand bars could pay for the clubhouse bars, if it did then where did the money come from to pay for the stand bars to be repaired? Plus what was the extra £350K ground costs actually spent on? Scoreboard wise I assume the sponsors would have been just as content to sponsor a stand etc. When we're losing £3m+ a year whilst playing in tent city do we really need a large TV. As Gasincider suggests someone needs to reign in Walter Mitty before BRFC1883 becomes BRFC2020 and we have to swap the Mem for sharing with the likes of the Mangos or Yate.

The Scoreboard sponsor already sponsors the South Stand AND did the initial sponsorship of the Southwest stand for the half a season it went up.

I'm stunned by this news. I thought we were going to show a profit.

I was asked (as a contractor) to provide a quote for said works and..... I’ve already said too much Tops but I’m sure you can fill the rest in.

Debt to Dwayne Sports up 4.655million to 13.229 million 2 years at this rate and its over 20 million. How much is the Mem worth? The owners set aside 15million to cover debts, we are getting close to that now, hopefully the recent cut backs and price hikes will have narrowed our losses for 18/19 season. What happens if we go over the 15million who knows.

Utg But that covers a period when we played at Twerton, it's hardly been just plain selling, the issue now is the owners don't seem to have any grasp of debt, they've simply sucked all the equity out of the club we built up when we first got the Mem. It's hard to believe these clowns run an investment bank.
