They released five players (Paul Coutts, Martin Cranie, Conor Washington, Daniel Lafferty and Caolan Lavery) and transfer listed a further seven (Ched Evans, Leon Clarke, Jake Wright, Samir Carruthers, Nathan Thomas, Ben Heneghan and Ricky Holmes). Would love us to take Paul coutts from that list. Ben heneghan and Ricky Holmes would be great additions to but I’m just being greedy I'd take Coutts, Evans, Heneghan and possibly Holmes, if his wages were realistic and he is over the injury problems that hampered him last season.

Some of the transfer listed players UTD may want a fee for, certainly would be happy with Coutts , Washington and Lavery , but we may have to get rid of Payne and Mensah to free up wages, omg I be so sad to see them go what a wrench !.

Hare is going to be a Spectacular Rival for the right back spot now he has landed in Paradise for The Beautiful Dream that Coughlan has envisaged. Hopefully we wont have to go back to the Drawing Board and the lad can be a Saviour in the role.

With all due respect we said that last season and then got thumped by Exeter. We will only know if we have had a good transfer window when we see how they play after the first few games. Also let’s remember what everyone was saying about Scunthorpe getting their business done early last season. Whether your business is plentiful, early or late the proof is in the big spongy pudding that is the seasons start. Let’s wait and see, we could do a Luton, we could do a Swindon in the Premier League. But I'd far sooner feel positive about our summer signings and look forward to the pre-season games and our first game of the season, wouldn't you?

That's one hell of a positive interview. Like what he said very much. Wish him a great time here.

Very impressed with that interview from him. Seems extremely grounded and hungry to succeed as a footballer.

I've been told by a pal on the South Coast we're in for Josh Hare, wouldn't be surprised to see Parts return to Eastleigh as well.
Not sure the level of truth in it but tis the season of folly. ITK

Interesting that we have a defensive left back in Kelly and attacking left back in Holmes - Dennis who can be used down the wing and we now have the same on the right side, appears that Hare likes to get down the wing and get a good cross in. Should help In making a balanced team.

Just want to point out how great Hare has been so far this season! Featured in the WhoScored League One team of the month for August! Congratulations Josh!
Another interesting inclusion is Alex Jakubiak
