Well the Shrews are pushing the boat out
Shrewsbury Town are set to sign Sunderland defender Donald Love according to reports from the Sunderland Echo. Love, 24, is one of the big money earners who has failed to live up to expectation at the Stadium of Light which the club are looking to off-load. He reportedly pocketed wages of £450,000 a season. The ex-Manchester United man will depart Wearside by mutual consent, meaning Sam Ricketts can sign Love on a free transfer. Peterborough United rebuff low offer for striker Peterborough United have turned down a a £25,000 bid for striker Matty Stevens reports the Peterborough Telegraph. Forest Green Rovers are the side to have seen their bid rejected, according to Posh chairman Darragh MacAnthony. Stevens was transfer-listed by the League One club at the end of last season.

The bloke is a shocking footballer, if he wasn’t ex Manchester United he’d be non league. Reminds me of a midfielder we had in the early 90’s think Dobson (legend) signed him on a three year contract and he barely made an appearance. .
