Up: Sunderland, Rotherham, Portsmouth Down: Bury, Wycombe, Southend, Fleetwood
Rovers: 15th
I'm just hoping the other lot get relegated, and we stay up, by whatever means, that would do me fine. They've had a few rough seasons in the past, but not since we've been back in League One; come on, bring on some derbies in 20/21!

Apart from bolton and bury plenty of league one clubs in financial difficulties including rovers. So we might stay up because others have had massive playing budget cuts just like rovers[opinion].
promoted--portsmouth,sunderland,rotherham. relegated--bury,bolton,bristol rovers,wycombe.
Hopefully im wrong and people can deride me over my prediction.

Bottom half finish at best with out more attacking players coming in...at best that is as well.. Surely GC and Wael who hold the (small) purse must have realise like every other person watching last season we need some attacking players. You build a team from the back, next season we will have some good forwards come in.

UP. Portsmouth: Ipswich: Sunderland (Play offs) Down. Bury: Bolton: Wimbledon: Wycombe. Rovers 7th But if we go down or struggle, it'll be DC's fault...?! Do you mean because the highest earner at the club on his third year scores the obligatory ONE goal? Than Yes I suppose it is

We're finishing 5th or 6th this season lads I'm with you and we're going up via the playoffs. Don't care about the others but fancy beating a "big" club at Wembley who might feel entitled to go up.

But if we go down or struggle, it'll be DC's fault...?! Do you mean because the highest earner at the club on his third year scores the obligatory ONE goal? Than Yes I suppose it isĀ Like you, I want Rovers to do well this season. My benchmark for that is mid table, others like you have set the bar higher. Make no mistake, this is Coughlan's team now. If we do well he gets praise, and absolutely rightly so. DC won't, because it's not his team now. If we do badly, the criticism will be aimed at Coughlan. It's his team now, largely filled with players he signed and players he inherited that he clearly rates and selects, such as Clarke, Craig, Nichols, Rodman, Sercombe, Upson, etc.

Right Gasheads from 34 predictions for the Gas - some a bit vague but have gone for the mean number ................................
you have predicted the GAS to finish ............................................. 14th !
Come on let's have some more. Don't forget your 3 for promotion and the 4 to go down too !

Promoted Sunderland Pompey Rotherham CoventryRelegated Bury Bolton Tranmere Wycombe (please) Gas 7th only 3 go up mate. I'm banking on one Championship side going out of business, and then being replaced by a league one team! Actually, I messed up - delete Coventry.

winning the promotion predictions so far is .................................. Pompey (just) with 25 Next Sunderland 24 Ipswich 13 Rotherham 11 P'boro 9 then a big gap to ........
Mk Dons 2 Lincoln 2 Finally, Burton, Bristol Rovers, Coventry, Blackpool with 1 vote
However, at least half a dozen of you didn't give your 3rd team to go up !? Whereas Rovers5 Charlton5 gave FOUR teams !!
Anyway let's have some new voters :-) joining in. your 3 to go up, 4 to go down and your EXACT prediction for The GAS.

Incredible that Bolton and Bury are allowed to compete in L1 this season. Illustrates what a flawed system it is.

I think they should relegate Bolton to L2 and promote Newport.
That'll learn them.

Three up: Portsmouth, Ipswich, Sunderland
Four down: AFC Wimbledon, Rochdale, Bury, Bolton
The Gas will finish top half after being in the bottom half for most of the season and having a last minute push, I'm going with 11th place.
