Everything comes back fo the stadium one way or another.
GC annoyed with injuries to key players, why they injured? Cribbs isn’t a football league training facility, why are we still at Cribbs? The colony hasn’t been built, why hasn’t the colony been built? WAQ told us the stadium must go up first, why hasn’t any movement on the stadium taken place? Because he’s not got the resources to do so and is stringing us along.
It’s just time to be straight with us. Everyone’s fed up of being strung along on no information or updates. Funny how TG is trying his hardest to push half season tickets (no way his fault) and for fans to invest, but the board seem in no way wish to invest themselves. They can’t just be happy covering losses, leaves us all fuming.

Interesting about the American one, that’s not the Dell owners is it? The one that would potentially make Sunderland one of the richest clubs (in paper) in the country? Real shame if so.

Read through that and didn’t really learn too much to be honest. However IF the posts information is accurate the main points would be: 1) The American consortium are no longer interested, that only leaves the fruit market group and the Clive Richardson Consortium and apparently the fruit market group are overwhelming favourites. 2) The post seems to think there is some optimism that talks with total produce might conclude successfully before the new year? Significant if true. The rest was stuff we already know about Managerial candidates and JCH ect.

A deal could be done by the new year... what a Christmas present that could be!

Problem is they’ve been optimistic of a deal since August or something, so I’d take it with a pinch of salt.
I am 99% certain this won’t be sorted by January 1st.
However, it is a potential sign that they’re getting closer on price

Well FGR made it look reasonably easy.... They haven't built it yet, although good to see how their "green" stadium as 1,700 car park spaces for just a 5,000 capacity stadium, we'll be lucky if we get 50 car park places if a stadium is ever built at the FM.

"entertainment complex inc a football stadium" how come the BP reporter seems to know a damn sight more than the supposed ITK'ers on here, and what the hell is "Plan B" should talks fail with Total Produce?

Likewise, because a new stadium is essential if we ever want our club to progress. You're absolutely right, but for me it comes back to the beggars can't be choosers thing. If we could choose, I don't think we would build it there.
