Right now I am walking towards a bus stop. Might not be the stop I need but I’m on the way. I might not get on the bus but I am at the stop. Heck this is Britain a bus might not show. I’m at the stop but have no timetable. I have no change, will they take card? I might not flag the bus so it just sails by.
Do I need more convincing?
P.S Come back Marshy you can’t leave!!!

Points toward discontent and disillusionment with matters off the field rather than league position and results. Regardless of off field activities, it's ludicrous that we are not getting at least 9,000 at every game. And as far as there is anything concrete to report, there are no new off field activities! People need to get over themselves and support the TEAM, not worry about issues over which none of us have any say or control. It's also a bit self-defeating - lower crowds equal larger losses which probably equal sales of our better players. I was amazed that the crowd this afternoon was below 8,000 but those objecting to the Al Qadis need to grow up and support the attacking brand of football now on offer - and not listen to the social media people who accuse GC of only playing defensive football. We have the best team we've seen for years and if they keep performing at the current level I am looking forward to an exciting season. To put things in perspective, it took 23 games last season to reach 21 points and if that won't bring back the missing fans, nothing will! There was a bounce and upsurge in enthusiasm when the Al-Qadi’s took over. Everyone thought we were going places and if UWE didn’t happen a new stadium or Mem rebuild would happen, not to mention a state of the art training ground. The failure to deliver has left many demoralised and the more casual fans are voting with their feet. The club do not have a devine right to expect people to religiously turn up every week to sit or stand in third world facilities. For what it’s worth I haven’t renewed my season ticket for the past two years but still support the team and have barely missed a home game.

We have only played teams with very little away support. Combine hopefully another result away this week, will start to increase in crowd sizes to 9-10k. If we get a positive off the field development we could start to get near capacity!

I was thinking under Holloway. We were 3rd in League One after 11 games played in October 2009 under Trollope.

One for the stattos... When were we last as high as 4th in league one? We were top with ten games to go in the 99/00 season? Then we only won one of the last ten and never even made the play-offs. Cureton and Roberts stopped scoring for fun and then moved on. Coincidence?

As fun as the rides been - the journey ahead to me looks daunting! I’ll be happy with mid table but we’ve got to try and go for it!

I look at the other sides in the league and I honestly don’t see anything that worries me. I see a lot of sides who are much of a muchness. We are probably in that category too, but what we do have is an excellent defence and probably the best striker in the league at this moment in time. Burton and Yeovil have demonstrated that you don’t have to be a massive club at this level to sneak up.

Don't like it but you can't blame them really.

The next three name's are daunting : Doncaster, Bolton and Pompey, but they are 11th, 23rd and 16th in the table respectively ! Mind you I wish JCH was around for them.

Where’s Rich with all this going on ? I’ve been sorting out a fleet of buses as there just isn’t enough buses to match the demand. 😀 This thread didn’t need my comments today. There are enough happy, positive and delighted fans already on the bus enjoying the potential excitement of three games time. Nine points more could put us in the ground breaking position of champions spot.

Bus related question, how do we request pre match music ? It's my birthday next Tuesday and I'd love to hear "Magic Bus" by The Who whilst the boys are warming up.
