A lot of people seem to overstate the size of our club. Heard a few say only 3/4 clubs in the league have a bigger fanbase than ours? Our average attendances say otherwise. We are 11th in that over 1000 below peterborough, and we would be 12th if coventry were playing in coventry

Probably only the top 3/4 clubs do have a larger fan base. if we were playing in a decent stadium like Rotherham or MK Dons etc you'd hope more of the fan base would turn up each each.

Depends if we're winning games.

How many of the 40k at wembley in 2007 were genuine rovers fans? Remember Wembley had just opened, so how many went for novelty? Dropped to under 35k for the confrence final

Nice. with the current level of facilities you could argue we are. Personally we are around about where we should be in my opinion. As far as gc’s comment though, to go from cut adrift at the bottom of the league to play off contenders within 12 months, without spending any real money is quite miraculous dont you think?

Bloody right. This time last year we were praying for a point to keep us out of the drop zone.

The crowd was 47029, no idea how many were Gasheads.

In my opinion, we arent as big a club as some seem to think we are
