Game will be done with a good 30 mins left tomorrow. Bring him on then. The lad cannot be any worse than a certain other player. This is the last time i am slating him. A fan should not do that.

I met Deon before the game on Sat. Seems a nice lad. Hope he gets a chance with us.

So in summary…
People who have never seen him play think he is worth starting.
People who have seen him play say he is not good enough for first team football.

I've seen him play a few times and I thought he had a bit of potential, but was still very raw.
He's got decent attributes that could be potentially moulded into a league player, with great upper body strength and decent pace, but needed to work on his hold up play and be more clinical with his finishing.
Needs a Gary Penrice type of coach to work with him similar to what he did with Jason Roberts.

Only got a contract till Jan if I remember correctly? Might be wrong on that though.
Would have thought he'd be getting a bit of game time by now, especially with JCH out, if they rated him at all

Seen him play 3 times for the development squad. I don't think he will make it in league football but i hope i'm wrong and somebody reminds me of this post in the future. He has already played League one football for Peterboro

But they hardly concede any goals, not sure tonight will be any easier for Moore than Saturday to score. Surely the obvious move is start with Victor then replace him with Moore in the second half?

As a different option to possibly play up front while JCH is still out injured I'd be interested to know from someone who has seen him play how good he is/potentially can be. I know GC and others have mentioned him in interviews etc so has anyone on here seen him play for reserves/youth teams? (I know he's played a few trophy games and a couple of cameo appearences but not too much to judge him on from that). To be honest I think it’s worth trying him tonight, whether he’s really at league 1 standard yet or not. I’ve seen him play twice and he’s a big lad who will win headers and that’s what we need with JCH out injured. Even if winning most of his headers is all he does tonight it would be worth starting him or bring him on half time if we’re not winning / in control of the game.

The EFL trophy is the place to give DM a run out. Not a league game where 3 points is an absolute must off the back of a disappointing loss.

Yeah obvious move would be to pick Victor as he has more game time, but if not tonight, when do we see what the lad can do at this level. If we decided to play him against Bromley still none the wiser if he can have an impact in league 1.

He has already played League one football for Peterboro So 4 games for peterbro means he has made it in league football does it? And his first game for Peterborough was a 6-1 defeat against Norwich under 23's in the EFL trophy.

I was just saying that he has had some experience. Bit touchy today aren't we?

Deon Moore made his debut for Billericay Town, after the striker's first outing was delayed due to their fixture on Tuesday falling victim to the weather. The forward marked his debut with a win, playing the full ninety minutes of Billeracy's 1-0 win on the road at Dulwich Hamlet, in front of a crowd of over 3,000. Next up for Moore and Billericay is a midweek visit of Weymouth.

Jake Robinson scored again for Billericay - he seems to score a lot of goals, could he step up?

Robinson was unbelievable at that level in 17/18, but struggled a bit when he stepped up a level with Maidstone. He's 33 now.

Thanks Pirate, hadn't realised he was 33. Clearly proven at his level but not likely to get higher now it seems.
