So we are now at the end of November. Topic for debate for you. What is your best Rovers starting 11 this season & subs bench?

For me:
532
Jaakkola (GK) Leahy (LWB) Davies (CB) Kilgour (CB) Craig (CB) Hare (RWB) Sercombe (CM) Ogogo (CM) Upson (CM) Clarke-Harris (ST) Smith (ST)
Subs:
Van Stappershoef Little Ollie Clarke Menayese Adeboyejo Russe Rodman
THD and Menayese have the potential to get into this 11 but I haven’t seen enough of them yet this season.

Assuming JCH is fit then whatever side GC puts out tomorrow will most likely answer that question without us having to bother?

Excluding Micky Mouse cup games does anybody know how many first team games JCH has missed this season? Seems a high percentage to me.

I’d have him back to partner Jonno without a shadow . With our defensive players and those two up front we’d make top six possibly top 2. There’s no way that lansdown and his merry arsonists would let us have him though because they realise the above and they’re obsessed with us and terrified that their rivals, a club with so little resources aren’t that far off of them in the pyramid and with the two best strikers in league 1 might even be in the same division as them next season if it happened. I would explain that I put the laughing emoticon on your post as I love you calling the dunderheads, "merry arsonists" Yet another very apt naming of those who float. They really do not help themselves anyway, do they? Their choice of sponsor just adds to the many derogatory terms that may be used for them: dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/dunderheadEDIT: Just look at the plethora of synonyms for dunderhead

How long is Hare out for? He came, he set up a few goals with some sublime crosses then went off the radar. A half fit JCH wouldn't have to move much with him in the side.

THD is different class in the way he reads the game, wins tackles and creates space for himself. He was a breath of fresh air came he came on the other week. With him, Clarke-Harris and Hare fully fit, our attack would be on a par with our defence, Smith could feed off the crumbs and our midfield could play more on the front foot.

A point off the play off an missing what I think is our two best wing backs isn’t bad is it.

Not at all, that's why it would be great to get them back for a late surge.

THD didn't even make the bench yesterday - I hope that doesn't mean he's injured again.

I’d be happy with this 5-3-2 line up for the rest of the season (provided we make no signings in January)
Jaakkola
Little, Davies, Craig, Kilgour, THD
Upson, Sercs, Ogogo
JCH & Nichols
If we went 4-4-2 would like to see this,
Jaakkola
Little, Davies, Kilgour, THD
Rodman, Upson, Ogogo, Sercs
JCH & Nichols
