I assume @brfcdiscussions is your own Twitter account, if so, then let's hope it's a bit more reliable than brfc _Transfers. I can't see us getting anywhere near Bogle's wages TBH. True. Unless he was the loan signing and we are only paying part of his wages. If JCH leaves, we might be able to put his wages towards it. Agreed but I can't see us signing a replacement for JCH until he's ever sold, and BG said earlier today he's not aware of any offers for his players.

Of course we shouldn’t. But it could be more likely if we were to pay half his wages and take him on loan. It could make sense for everyone as he could commute and potentially put himself in the shop window for the summer, when his contract runs out. Whether he is actually still any good is another matter, of course. He didn’t pull up any trees at Portsmouth earlier in the year.

Brfcdiscussions is not reliable in any form. The guy relies on forum posts on Gaschat and similar sites. He insisted for weeks we weren't going to sign Alex Rodman and it was complete lies.

I think you'd be suprised if a fit Bogle didnt get at least 12 goals in full league one season. I'd be happy if we were to sign him. Ecstatic if it were to partner JCH.

apparently, bogle is done deal Would love that to be true but with Gavin coming back we have 5 strikers already (OK one loanee is injured and maybe the other will return to his club if indeed Omar does come in) and of course Gavin could be sent back out) JCH and Omar in the same side would be an unbelievable pairing (but I cant see that happening).

I think he started at Solihull and he joined Grimsby in 2015 just after we’d beaten them so he had a season in the Conference. Istr that a few on here were suggesting we bought him at that time but instead Grimsby did. And made a bit of money from it. Unfortunately just another one we should have signed at the right time not at the wrong time. Other clubs take more punts on players we might have looked at and sign them at the right time. We do as well, Taylor and Bodin but we could do more and sign them when they first become available not after they’ve done quite well and are then more expensive. To be fair we do take other punts as well, Mensah and Blissett who don’t come off. UTG!

Someone needs to say it... Anybody that really thinks we are going to have a pairing of JCH and Bogle at the end of this window needs to get real, we're more likely to see Nichols and Reilly as our main pairing together!!
Not convinced we will sign Bogle but if we do then it will be to replace JCH, certainly not as a pairing.

Would give us a real chance at promotion tho and the owners would more than get a return on that investment should we get promoted.

Omar bogle would be a great singing and always rated him, people being negative On his stats should realise we can’t afford 20 a season strikers and jch had a poor record before, to me this means jch has been sold and I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s not in the line up today, If we pay him 5 grand a week and off load Bennett then it’s a good deal and a positive one from the club
