White + Brunt on for Tuesday, with Harrison as a shock sub if needed. Can't be any worse.
Sorry Matty.

Going by the radio Harrison sounded the most threatening of our strikers.
I personally would have dropped Taylor today instead of Harrison. Clarke's loyalty towards Taylor is almost getting silly now.

If he was unfit I could understand but he's been a sub. If he has a poor attitude DC (under his own rules of what players he wants here) shouldn't have signed him. Mystery.

Going by the radio Ellis missed a great chance at the death to force a replay ?

Coulda sworn Ellis has started more games than White? Yes, because when he has had his chance as a sub he has taken it. Right. So to clarify: You're in favour of not trying a player who was scoring for fun with Salisbury last season because he's failed to score in the handful of 10-20mins he's been thrown. Whilst sticking with Taylor who's scored 3 in over a dozen starts? We could try Harrison with White for a few games. DC has options, we need to try stuff.

I know we all want to see a proven goalscorer signed but there aren't many of those available in November. Even Tom Eaves, on loan at League Two Shrewsbury is struggling to find the net (2 in 25).

Going by the radio Ellis missed a great chance at the death to force a replay ? He did ~ went well wide and into the stand. However he had made an impact when he came. We played well all through just had no one to get the ball in the back of the net in spite of numerous chances.

He was dropped after starting last week, which hardly supports that view? Assuming Brunt starts again on Tuesday I'd play Harrison alongside him as surely he can't do any worse than Taylor.... unless we get a penalty!

It's really bugging me why he won't start white. Something just doesn't add up. Today should have been the day. Putting his past form to one side, he's a mate of Darrell from Salisbury so I assume his face fits, seems like a nice bloke and we've refused to let him go. I just don't get it

I think you're being generous with 10-20 mins, more like 5-10. I cannot understand why he has not been given a fair chance, the time to start him was against Dorchester. It's simple we aren't scoring and he can and has done at this level. A mate of mine who has been to FGR quite a lot when Taylor was there said and I quote him 'he misses more than he scores', which after watching him is correct, his link play, touch and winning the ball in the air is very good, just can't score goals. Give White a run Darrel.

Don't sweat it, Darrel is the one with his cock on the block. If he doesn't sort out our lack of goals ........he will be gone, simple......tick tock.
